I used to come here with my mom when Danny was still there, they had music, it was relaxing, they washed your hands, cuticle oil, lotion, any design and any color you wanted. I’ve gone there a few times this year and it’s quiet, you hear each other breathing. The staff isn’t friendly. You’re never told to wash your hands, there’s nothing being sterilized in front of you or in between customers. Don’t ask for a color you don’t see in their basket, or god forbid a design, they have you choose a cheesy sticker and automatically catch attitude if you ask for anything unique. My nails are never consistent in shape, polish isn’t saturated and their prices aren’t worth the job that’s done. I’m a wonderful tipper, very generous, but I can’t justify paying them to do a job they obviously can’t/don’t want to do

They told me they can’t do ombré and chrome and told me “it’s too expensive “ like I couldn’t pay for it and I’ve gotten ombré there before and told them that and they just told me no when it’s literally on their pricing sign when he filed my nails he made me bleed

Absolutely horrible customer service. Peter is the worst, he’s rude disrespectful argumentative and doesn’t do nails well either.

Place is awful serious health hazard I got nails done here and had to have the taken off due to how awful they were. This place is very unsanitary and now I have a infection in my finger around the cuticle . It's absolutely crazy how this place is even allowed to operate . Don't waste your money here your better off walking through the Walmart and getting Press ons in he beauty department .
Requested style: Could not even execute a basic french tip it's was very uneven bumpy and I had to tell them what product and how to properly do it.
Cleanliness: I got an infection from a removal they do not clean the surfaces or sanitize tools .
Stylist: The lady there is very very rude and stuck up .

Pedis are fine. However, I wanted a natural looking finger nail set. I show pic saying can you do this? If not I'll go with another idea. I said I do NOT want pink and whites. Well. I ended up with pink and whites. I told him it's nothing that I asked for and says it's looks better than what I was asking for. I won't go back.

Worst experience I have ever had!
$50 for full set and $60 for fill in 2 weeks later?
My daughter and I went in 2 weeks ago, got our nails done, I got basic French and my daughter got black. They were slightly uneven, and I had some globs under my nail. Also he didn't glue them down good, so when I was painting with my grandkids over the weekend, paint water got under my nail, and you could see it through my nail pretty bad, then it started lifting off, I mean after less than 2 weeks? So we went back to get a fill this Sunday, and it only got worse. He replaced my nail, but trashed all my other ones. He didn't use any pink, so you can see the ugly ridges of the first set where they grew out, looks like dark cracks, he didn't cut or Dremel the nails underneath, he didn't wear a mask, or gloves, he used the same tools with out cleaning them between customers. He didn't put any oil or cream on my hands, and charged me 45 dollars for the fill?!! They charged my daughter 60, for the exact treatment I got! They were both rude. I pointed out my pinky nail that was totally ugly with this giant line through it, and a glob on the side, and he just stood up. My daughter had come and sat down beside me, so I pointed at both of us, and asked how much for both of us he said 45. I paid in the 45 and we got ready to walk out and this lady stood up and started screaming and pointing at my daughter and yelled "her 60 her 60 she not paid she not pay!" As if my daughter was trying to walk out without paying! Everybody was looking at each other cuz they heard me clear as day1 tell him I was paying for us both. And when she told me that it was going to cost me more money for the fill in than it did for a full set??you could have bought me for a dime!! I've never been so disgusted and disappointed in a business in my life! Neither of us were ever rude, my daughter's been going there for years getting her nails done tippin Peter almost $100 every time she goes. We were really just flabbergasted at the way they were treating us, oh and they only take cash, never run it through a register, you don't get a receipt? Shady hustlers.

I’ve been going here for a year every 2 weeks, had a good relationship with Peter, I would tip over $100 every time I go in. I used to come in with my friend, and sometimes I would pay for us both, giving them a $100 tip per person. If they do a good job than I’m all about it. But I started to notice that my friend would get better treatment than me, even when I was the one paying for the entire thing, and tipping extremely thoughtfully, while never complaining when they messed something up, and always being friendly. They never washed my hands, never got lotion, never got cuticle oil, but she would get all of that, and I asked her one time if she got a mani included with her full set, and she told me no. So I had got turned off by that alone, that was incredibly unfair, because I started to put together that they’re just taking advantage of me for tipping and never complaining. Then I brought my mom in on a last minute appointment, and they completely ruined her nails the first time, but this guy that I’ve never seen before really gave my mom great customer service, was super friendly and laughing the whole time so she wanted to go back and give them a chance. Phi was the one who did her nails this second time for her, and he completely trashed them. They’re cracked and he used clear acrylic instead of pink for her French tip. They’re terrible looking, he absolutely refused to fix them. Now the lady that did mine, she completely took off a nail without my permission for a simple crack at the tip of my nail that she could of easily just filed down. Now that one nail that she altered is longer and thicker than any of my other nails. Than she charged me extra for a design (understandable) and then charged me extra for the nail that she took off, they charged me alone $60 for a FILL and then $45 for my moms fill…. A full set is $50 but a fill is $45? None of that pricing even makes sense, especially for a chop shop. These people are ripping everyone off and being extremely rude while they do it, no conversations, rushing everyone in and out, no longer allowing appointments, comical pricing, cash only, unsanitary, etc.. Everyone’s too scared to be labeled as a Karen now-a-days, that they just don’t say anything. Peter and his group will never get my business again after hundreds of dollars wasted as tips over the last year alone, and the least they could do is treat everyone equally.
Requested style: They’ll tell you that they can do a design even if they can’t.
Cleanliness: Not the cleanest environment as a nail salon.
Stylist: The main nail techs are not friendly, and will up charge as much as they can, doing things without asking your permission, while giving you a different price every time as well as other people around you that had the same procedure a different price as well.

Do any of these people know how to do fingernails? The acrylic is always uneven and thick. My nails are never the same length either. Then they have the audacity to charge me $45 when I had no broken nails or fixes of any kind just a simple fill. You can't charge professional-grade prices when you are not doing a professional job.
Requested style: These people do not know how to shape fingernails and they will leave them blocked with sharp edges if you allow it they will charge you extra money even though you had nothing extra done. If you speak up they act like you are the ultimate enemy and how could you question them lol what a trip
Cleanliness: It's very dirty and they don't clean their tools between customers.

I won’t ever be going there again. The lady was super nice but she went to put lotion on my hands, didn’t tell me, she just started taking my jewelry off without asking me to do myself. One was an emergency bracelet I have to wear and it doesn’t come off, so now it is super loose from her forcing it off. Then I saw the bottle of lotion she was using before she put it on my hands and I told her I can’t use it because I am allergic to lavender (lavender was in the lotion) and all she said was no no it’s just lotion and grabbed my hand (which I was holding close to myself) and began putting lotion on me. They don’t tell you what they are about to do or ask if it’s okay. On other occasions I have left with my fingers bleeding, and they also use an ointment on the cuts without asking. wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I asked for almond shaped white French Tip Nails. I got uneven pointed and see through nails. I’m very upset and dissatisfied with the service. I paid 60$ for these nails. The guy argued with me and made me feel bad for not liking them. He got upset when I changed the color before hand. I’m extremely disappointed. They are having me pay more money to get them fixed after screwing them up in the first place.
