Not answering the phone after multiple attempts should have been my first red flag-After stopping by his place of business, I made an appointment (date was his choice), by the method he preferred (text), with the information he requested so I “could be placed on his schedule.” I never received a confirmation, he never responded to inquiries the day of the appointment- he just never showed up. I wouldn’t recommend you waste your time, as he will likely waste yours.

He goes above and beyond, and is honest, kind and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to support me with my Ford, when I got stuck in Elko with Van trouble on my way to California. Can’t recommend him enough!

Great place. They are pretty short staffed but best place to go for intoxaloc calibrations removal and putting in. Closest place to go visit from white pine county
The owner is nice and reasonable shame they are short staffed, but hopefully, they will get help soon. They try to help you as much as possible. Just understand they are doing the best they can right now, and they sure try to do as much as possible for you

Messed up my car radio. Didn’t bother to fix it or refund me. This placed has screwed me over twice. Would not recommend at all. The workers don’t know what they are doing there.

I took my truck with no problems on my sound system, just not enough power and I spoke to a guy two weeks prior to the appointment about it and he said that they can check it out to see if I can add more stuff or just my equipment is not that good, when I got my truck back they charged me $280 just to dropped all power on my amps and they also broke one amp and they didn’t said anything about it, they just offered me a new system, now I lost my money and my amp, I just wanted an opinion of what I got now and If there was room to improve on my system

Can't say I recommend this company the owner is very judgmental ,communication is definitely not there, They charge you for a diagnosis and don't do it nothing is ever their fault even though you can prove that it is. They will hold your car hostage.. They definitely lost a good opportunity. I will not take any of my vehicles here anymore. I Don't think they care. The owner literally said that he's rich He doesn't really care .. but I sure do They give mechanics a bad name. Thanks to them. I have trust issues I definitely understand all the ones Star reviews I don't understand all the five one I suspect drinking? I would say don't go to these guys. There's plenty of better mechanics that actually do what charge you .. I wish the best for this company but I can't be a part of people that like to lie to you. Take advantage of you and steal from you and it sucks because I really wanted it to work :(

I have a 2012 Honda accord I bought it less than a year ago 65k miles great car great condition.D.C Auto improperly installed my breathalyzer. Which in turn killed multiple batteries for my car. I tried to ask them to fix the parasitic draw from the improper install and they gaslit me and said it was a starter issue and id have to pay $600 to fix it cause they had to go thru the intake manifold (BS). My car never had a starter issue b4 they touched my car, plus I've never heard of a starter turning over because of a jump from another car. D.C Auto is a chop shop and should be reported to the better business bureau.

Waste of time and money. Im now out about 1000$ and they fixed nothing.took it in because vehicle kept turning off due to dying battery, not only did they not find the problem they charged me close to 250 for diagnostic alone. I wish i could get the time i spent back.

A terrible shady man. Terrible business experience. I was traveling by visiting some friends and my car had an injector problem. All he did was unplug the injector and said that it was fixed and charged me $400. Would NOT recommend.
