  My old commuter developed a significant oil leak, so I had to shop for a replacement in a hurry. I am self-employed, which makes financing difficult. Levi got me set up quickly in a used vehicle that fit my budget and my needs. I would definitely recommend Elko Motor Company and Levi!

  The whole experience was comfortable and fun. The staff was wonderful!! from management (Bill) to the salesman Anthony and Trish. Super friendly and helpful. Couldn't have had a better experience buying a car 🤗❤️ Love the deal I got and I Love my new car!!

  Update: I have been using Elko motor for a good few years now, and Lynn with the sales team has been amazing! He is always looking out for me and my family. He has more than patiently answered my questions and concerns and worked with other departments to help in ways that few do. I use all sides ‘sales and service and parts’ and have had more than my fair share of hiccups in the processes. Generally speaking they have been willing to work with me on the issues and turn those instances into wins. I very often get tired of the way most dealers will “adjust” pricing by the individual and it is refreshing to have an experience that is more straight forward. Service has been mixed but has improved for me but I feel like their quality assurance could be improved to make sure everything is done that was scheduled/ charged for. Parts is usually very helpful and I have always gotten the right parts and they arrive promptly.

  Older review: I took my vehicle in to have my clutch checked and they told me it was adjusted all the way out and they couldn’t help unless I replaced the clutch. After receiving the vehicle back, the clutch was magically slipping when it hadn’t been before. I looked and they had adjusted the set screw on the clutch pedal so it no longer caught all the way. This caused severe issues on the highway that almost resulted in a crash. I adjusted the clutch pedal myself and it works again so. Seems to me they were trying to sell a clutch that wasn’t needed by cheating customers and creating dangerous situations.

  Best used car buying experience ever.
  Found the truck I’ve been looking for on cars.com.
  Called up elko motors and Shannon gave me a great no haggle price. Paid the deposit.
  Flew up there, stayed in the Hampton inn which picks you up and drops you off.
  Went the next morning to Elko motors and was out of there within an hour in my truck.
  Only bad part was the 12 hour drive back to SoCal…

  Anthony Martinez was the salesperson that assisted me. He was friendly and helpful. He was very patient in explaining everything and answering all my questions. He was also very patient with my daughters and their excitement. Everyone i came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The car is beautiful and Im excited to drive it.

  All the staff was exceptionally friendly and very informative and very honest and most importantly very Good with knowledge of the product like a Tesla Y I've been buying cars there since 2001 or basically whenever they open took over new management. I remember when it was Dale White's but now it's Elko motor company. They have an exceptional quality, exceptional choice, exceptional variety and good prices or pricing. Thank staff for all the hard work including the mechanics and the detailers. Great detailing. Thank you

  Good buying experience, did most of it online only spent 30 minutes in the dealer. Detail job left a lot to be desired, battery cables were loose, truck only had 1/4 tank of fuel in it……..but all in all it was better than the last Cummins I purchased from them

  Wish I could go less than 1 star. Here are the basics 2.5 months to fix a 3 hour job on my truck. Lied to constantly about the state of repair. I called 25 times my wife called 25 times we stopped in 10 or more. Refused to give me documentation to things they worked on, I mean that literally. Never return your call lie to you when they do. Never gave me a loaner so I just didn’t have a truck for 2.5 months still have a big truck payment and now I just had to rent another one to do this one’s job. My truck it’s brand new by the way still under factory warranty. Returned my truck with fuel light on and 7 miles to E I dropped it off with over half a tank. They have to test drive it I get that. But really 7 miles to E come on. I think they left the window down or cracked the entire 2.5 months. The inside was coated in dust and grime. So I had to pay to have it detailed after the repair. The paperwork said I needed to verify repair!!! Problem is still present btw. There is so much more I don’t have to space here to write. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this places like the plague I’ll never go back. I’ve had multiple bad experiences this one is just the final straw I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’ll trade my truck in before I let them work on anything again or I’ll drive to Carson salt lake twin or Boise. I was treated so poorly that I decided to write my first Google review ever in hopes of helping my fellow countrymen avoid being treated the way I was treated. I hope this helps
