I had a fantastic experience working with Jody from Elko Realty! From the very beginning, his communication was excellent. He took the time to show us the property and answered all our questions thoroughly, making us feel comfortable every step of the way.
What impressed me the most was how quickly everything moved. Within just a week, we had all the bank papers ready! Jody is incredibly efficient, and his responsiveness kept us informed throughout the entire process. Not once did we feel lost; he made sure we knew exactly where we stood at all times.

An absolute nightmare of an experience, and sucks because your options are slim. They will absolutely over charge you for cleaning, and repairs on top of blatantly lie. We moved into one of their run down single wide trailers, the fridge was at least 10 years old, if not older. Made a maintenance request for a new one since it was leaking and in overall bad shape. It was never completed. They are trying to charge me $800 for a new fridge, when the fridge itself wasn't worth $10. They are charging me $1800 extra for normal wear and tear, shampooing carpets, and repairs for damages that never existed, and my move out video proves as such. They refuse communication after they wipe their hands of you, are very disorganized. Apparently I owe them $355 ontop of all that but no one knows what for? Lack of basic humanity is astounding and just another money grab from people who are barely getting by as is.

For being new to Elko. This place is really nice. They are so friendly and help you even when services will not be with them. I love the universal service they offer and I love the way they help you with anything including questions you may not have.

It would be easier if you know the address or apn number and just call the assessor office and get the property owners name and address and write them a letter of sale ,and maybe the property can be sold
