I reserved my vehicle more than a month prior, and they gave away what I reserved and I got stuck in a vehicle, not of my liking. And now I have to make due because can't change my plans. Not happy at all.

Apparently its commonplace for this rental agency as well as the others in the elko airport to accept reservations for cars they dont even have. Was to pick up my car at noon and when i got here was informed they didnt have any available cars, turned away us and several other people who'd already reserved. So if having a rental is crucial to your activities in the area, better call ahead multiple days.

Give a zero if I could. Got a ride an hour to elko to get my car I revered. Nothing avand no notice was told to try and get a bus pass home. Never use elko rentals.

Matt waited on me almost a half hour after closing to get into town so I could get a car for the weekend! I Will use Elko Enterprise every time I am there!

Nice, friendly, helpful people. I had a recent accident and needed a rental car while my car was being repaired. Great car and excellent service. A wonderful enjoyable car to drive. Best rentals in town if you need one go here you will not be disappointed!

Well if Progressive Auto insurance paid their bills my stop would have been much better. My car had been hit back in 2017 and Progressive got a rental for me.Then a couple of weeks ago another person hit my car. So upon going to pick up another rental i found out i was on a do not rent list going back to 2017. Come to find out that progressive DID NOT pay THEIR bill back in 2017. So now i have no car due to somebody hitting my parked car until Progressive gets around to paying their past due bill off or my car is fixed at the body shop. Thank you Progressive for being such an incompetent company who leaves their customers high and dry.**No fault of Enterprise rental company**They also asked me to pay their bill and they would pay me back. No thank Progressive. No thank you.

The lady that helped us was friendly and professional..answered all of our questions. The gas tank was at quarter of a tank so we had to fill up immediately.They Definetly need a proper detailer bc our SUV was gross. Straw wrappers under the seats...crumbs all over the center console...streaks, bad streaks all over the inside of the windshield. We actually took the SUV to the car wash and cleaned it ourselves...yes it was that bad....inside AND out. Also our vehicle was damaged on the outside...looked like it couldve been buffed out but no attempt was made.1200 dollars for rental...it should be perfect. Be better enterprise.

Due to a poor experience the first time around, my wife and I chose to call to ensure the availability of our reservation the day of our pickup. Our pickup time was 3pm. We started calling at 7:30 when they said they open until about 10. Each of us called over 10 times. The phone rang 5 minutes without anyone answering.Not trusting that everything would be in place because it wasn't the time we tried before, I went in and was told that the reason they did not answer the phone any of the multiple times we tried to call was because they were either helping someone or on the phone. It's hard for me to believe that, considering when I got there, I was the only person in the entire Airport other than staff. The 3 people in the back office of enterprise seemed completely bewildered as to why someone would be at their counter during business hours.Once we got to the details, I was told that if my wife did not pick the car up before the stroke of 3, they would leave. Why would you have a 3pm pickup time if you are supposed to close at 3?When I asked if the vehicle available is what we reserved, I was told that we were upgraded. GREAT! ...except for the reason we picked what we picked. We're driving 1000 miles and dont want to spend just as much money on gas. So, instead of the 30MPG crossover we needed, we'll be driving at 18MPG in an "upgrade"To top it off, she said the vehicle had been sitting there for a day and was still on E. To quote the employee, " and it looks like it's on E. So when you get back just return it on empty." I ask if I would be refunded for it being over E when I return it and she said no.I am very displeased with my experience.
