Wish the coffee shop or little cafe was open earlier while waiting for flights. But it's a really nice Airport.

Confusing website, no way to get reliable information about opening times: visiting family in Elko and have a 6:30 am flight, family thinks that the airport doesn’t open until 5:30, website says the airport opens at 8:00 am (after my flight leaves, it also says the flight is at 6:45 rather than 6:30 which the airline said ). There is a phone number but it leads to a confusing maze of extensions, none of which appear to be customer service and don’t get thought to anyone. Even sent a family member to ask in person (during the hours posted on the website) and no-one was there a person outside *thinks* that it opens at 5:00 or 5:30.
This would be easily fixed, there appear to only be two departures, just posting when the desk starts to be staffed for each would both be easy and fix the issue, if someone who works there sees this, please update your website.
Update: when I got to the airport at 4:45 there was a person at the desk and I could get in security opened at 5:30 but at least I wasn’t stuck outside in the cold.

I came to the airport about 90 minutes early and had to wait for security to open. I am SO HAPPY it worked out this way … the coffee here is soooooo good (and I’m not a coffee drinker) I’m literally obsessed… and the food ? if you get a moment stop and at least grab a coffee
