I had Four Seasons tow an older RV that needs a New engine, From one RV spot to another. However, The length of the RV is 32 feet and 10 feet tall and there are other RV’s directly across from this RV so Towing it out and into another spot is extremely difficult. Jerry came out moved it from such a tight space into the other extremely tight space as if it was the easiest thing in the world! I was Impressed with The perfectionism he displayed when putting it exactly where it was supposed to be on all sides! And not an inch over. Great prices, and Absolutely Great Service! Jerry was so fast , accurate and answered all my questions! If I ever need a Tow company Four Seasons will be the one a call! Got a Loyal customer here!

I called in the morning to schedule a towing. Dispatch was friendly. She even tried to work around my schedule. It seemed like a usual professional service; she confirmed I was scheduled for this afternoon any time after 5 pm. After 6 p.m., I called to make sure I was still scheduled. The gentleman that answered confirmed and gave an ETA of 45 min. After that one ever reached out. I guess I should consider myself lucky. I spoke to the only professional person in this company, second person is questionable as help never showed up. Thankfully, my car broke down in a relatively safe place. Happy I learned this like I did and not in a critical situation.
UPDATE: Cass called first thing the morning after. She was great! Awesome communication, patience and customer service. She rescheduled for the service, driver arrived at the time she estimated. The company even towed the car for free. They really turned the situation around. If I'm ever in need of a service this company will be my go to. I would just really make sure she is the one coordinating the service. I can't stress enough how helpful and great she is and how much I appreciate the gesture!

We hired this company to help piggyback a small trailer onto a Step Deck. I clearly communicated the height of the truck to this company. They told me that they would not have a problem loading our truck as was requested. I dispatched a driver from a couple hundred miles out.
Then this company calls back and says that they miscalculated and they don't have a rollback that can meet the deck height of the trailer they previously told us they could, but said they could send out the rotator crane for $350. This was more than we typically pay a rollback to load, but the carrier agreed to come out of pocket to pay a little more so we could keep them moving.
After a couple more hours and my driver getting ready to pull into the location we had CLEARLY RELAYED to this company, they call again and say one more time... Oops.. We thought you were in Elko vs EXACTLY WHERE WE TOLD THEM.
Suddenly the price increased again to $700. They said feel free to cancel, but at this point we sent a truck over 200 miles and burnt a ton of fuel to come get this piece. Without any other options nearby and available, they strong armed us into paying that $700.
I told the owner all things considered it would be nice to get some sort of discount after being told that your rollback would work, being called back and saying that wouldn't work, but a rotator will, and that will be $350 only to then later on once the truck is finally there tell us $700. He refused. He knew he had lied all day and put us into a position that we had to use him or not get the load.
This was a mob style tactic to lie your ass off all day, and then when we're committed to using your services you jack up the price and pretend like we can just cancel... This company will tell you one price only to QUADRUPLE that price when it actually comes time to do the service while pretending that you have options that won't further screw you after spending a whole day being lied to about the cost of their services.
You've been warned, the price quoted will not be the price you pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Jerry saved our Memorial weekend! When I called, I wasn't sure if we'd get out of our driveway with our travel trailer, but he came out, fixed us up, and got us on our way. He gave clear communication, expectations, and the results were us getting to go on with our trip. Thank you, Jerry!

Talk about the best frickin tow company in Elko NV and the surrounding area. Seneca is awesome!!!! He is friendly, fast, efficient, careful and fair. He has towed 2 vehicles for me not just in elko but all the way to River Ranch! And he even brought me gas to River Ranch. If u need any tow or roadside assistance, this guy comes highly recommended!!!!!

we stupidly got ourselves stuck in some mud, was embarassing but Jerry rescued us in like 5 minutes flat, got our truck pulled out of the mud with a winch, he's super awesome and was understanding about the whole situation, i felt way better after he got us out of the mud, if i ever need help again, im calling you guys

Everyone I interacted with at Four Seasons Towing was so incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. I had called around to different companies throughout Northern Nevada for the job I needed done and was meet with laughter, ridiculous pricing, or a flat out no. I can not recommend or thank them for all their help.

Jerry went above and beyond our expectations, 1000 miles from home we found our truck pulling our 5th wheel having electrical issues. He picked up our truck and trailer promptly was able to store for us until we were able to arrange transportation. While in storage was able to assist in getting the truck and trailer ready to ship back to us. Every time we called we were meet with friendly, concerned, and helpful conversations.Thank you to everyone at Four Seasons Towing for making this experience as easy as possible.

Very unexpected diesel failure on the way to a cross country job. Found 4 Season's online and selected their services based on their happy customer review. We have been added to the apparent long list. If you are a weary traveler and you want to know who you can trust to get you out of a fix near Elko NV, call 4 Season's you will be glad that you did! *BEWARE*Horribly priced $493 for what amounted to less than an hour of time at 4pm not late at night and for a vehicle driven on to two truck a total of 27 miles traveled for them (that’s from them leaving initially) don’t believe the other reviews it’s obviously the owner.Service: Car towing

Had a blowout last night and left the truck on I 80. Called em this morning for a tow and they showed up before I did. Best service I've ever had. Great price too.
