To start, it is a convenient place for merch and gaming. The gaming industry does come in droves so there will be busy days and packed event days. Be patient with the staff if you need assistance because they're doing the best for the company they work under. The staff are knowledgeable and can answer a plethora of questions, but if you're not a big gamer or nerd and you're shopping for a friend or family member, it will help both parties if you take notes on what the person is looking for or wanting. Cut the mental frustration and you will leave more confident in your decisions.

Showed up at 3:15PM on a Tuesday. They were closing the doors. The sign said, "On lunch. Will return at 5:30." 2 hours and 15 minutes for lunch? Hah! We wanted to buy a game and a couple controllers. Guess not.

My wife ordered a PS5 from you, got the run around for 2 weeks, canceled the order, and now has been waiting 2 weeks for a refund of the over $500.00 that she payed you. I'll be telling everyone who might listen to stop doing business with you so they don't get ripped off like me and my wife did. Shop Amazon people, you'll get your order!

Years ago I’d go into GameStop the service wasn’t to bad, but seems that has changed. The Manager of the store was very rude and spoke down to us while we walked in the door. We walked in at 6pm on a Friday. They usually close at 9pm on Fridays. He would’ve made a large sale but instead lost some of his best customers. RIP GameStop.

The guy that was working tonight was really rude he is an older dude and he was working 10/27 he yelled at me saying they are close when we got there at like 6pm and they were open till 9pm. Definitely not gonna come back??

Usually I have a good experience here. Today though there was an older gentleman that was rude. He talked down to me. I let him know how rude he was being. After that, he was very helpful
