My husband got his haircut there tonight and the girl kept hitting him in the face with her scissors. His hair is messed up. Nothing like how he wanted it cut. The back is chopped up.

If you are looking for a simple, quick, and nice haircut, then come to this place, BUT I WILL WARN YOU THIS.
They do not care about the quality of your haircut. You will genuinely get a horrible experience if you come desiring a cool haircut. THIS IS A FRANCHISE, and it is designed to maximize profits, so of course they will be as seemingly fast as possible to get the next customer.
PLEASE go to a local barber if you need a haircut. They actually care about your experience and are specialized in their craft. Great clips hires anyone who says they can cut hair. PLEASE, DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HAIR.

Worst experience ever! My son went in for a hair cut and it was so uneven and choppy. We went back in and asked for them to fix it, the woman who cut his hair stated she struggled to blend/fade it, so other stylist said he would. But while we were waiting for him to finish up with his client… he was asking the woman who screwed up my son’s hair about how to cut the layers on the woman he was taking care of. Didn’t seem like either of them knew what they were doing. In the end he fixed it enough to where it was manageable but we would never go back here again!!

I uave been going here for a while , well 8 went today the gal did not listen to how I was wanting mu hair cut and just cut it according to how I used to get it cut even though as I was sitting down telling her how I wanted to cut it , needless to say I was not happy and im now bald because it was such a bad cut and patchy uneven I came home and just shaved it,and this gal has been there a while so I will not be going back,

So I was just there and I checked in online right in front of them in the office and I was basically the next person in line so while I was sitting there four other people came in behind me none of them were checked in and yet I was checked in online sitting there for half an hour or longer and they let two other people in front of me very disrespectful unprofessional skipping people I recommend nobody to ever go there

Lets be real, who actually comes here and says that the haircuts are the best in town. I just took my son there to get a haircut, and my son asked for a very small bit off the top, and the guy then proceeded to cut around 1 1/2 inches off the top. And now my son does not want to go to school tomorrow because he KNOWS that he is going to be made fun of. Like some people like long hair, so dont cut peoples hair based on what YOU like to get done. THANKS ALOT GREAT CLIPS! I will TOTALY coming here again. ?

I think my hair stylists name was Robin. She was fantastic! I didn't know what to do with my short hair. She did an amazing cut after I told her to do what she wants. Great experience and awesome head massage while getting my hair washed.

Their online check-in is a joke. We checked in at home, waited the 45 min wait it said it would be, then had to got checked in as arrived when we walked in, and had to wait 40 min.
