We scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance and when we showed up they said they couldn’t find our appointment, so we had to do a drop off. Next appointment we scheduled was just to sign but when we showed up, our taxes were not done. So we scheduled one more appointment. They wanted to charge us $500 total. $200 for a previous year of taxes and $289 for a married couple with a child. We were not impressed at all, and on top of it the whole office smells of cigarettes, we will not be going back.

We’ve used Jackson Hewitt for the last few years and they’ve been wonderful. Prior to using them for filing taxes we’ve used TurboTax. Tax time has always been stressful for me so passing the torch to someone else to do it for us has been a godsend.
