Elko Veterinary Clinic
1052 Colt Dr, ElkoWe brought our small dog in for any emergency visit. The staff was welcoming and got us in without an appointment just after they opened. We left the dog for a multitude of blood tests and X-rays for 2 hours as requested after an estimate of the cost was presented. Considering that our dog may not survive without treatment, , we paid the price with a senior discount. The issue was explained clearly and we were sent home with medication. The dog is doing well and we appreciate the service given.

Cool Beans Coffee and Ice Cream
2535 Mountain City Hwy, ElkoThis was just the stop we needed on our way out of town. We spent the night at the nearest motel and it was awful. And at least when we were there the town felt super crowded. This place was a relief. The breakfast burritos, Bengals, and coffee were great. The gal working there was by herself and apologized in advance for the wait. But the speed at which we got our drinks and food was really rather quick. A highlight in a rather unpleasant stay. I would not hesitate to stop in here again.
