It is very difficult to keep a Quality and Quantity inventory of organic & gluten free products in Elko due to supply/demand and being a rural area. Our local Raleys does an incredible job of keeping a strong essential and even luxury supply of organic products continuously stocked. I also would like to mention how incredible the staff and actually goods are in the deli.

This store has a lot of good items in the food sections. The deli area is very diverse in what they offer, and the food is quality.

The best selection on organic food in the area. Make sure to preshop online because the organic is mixed in thruout the store. Have to get there in the morning because some of the organic produce sells out.
