The worst experience of my life, I made the online reservation, when I arrived I was not ready, then they gave me a room that was disgusting of dirty, towels on the bathroom floor, ha Soap watered in the sink, dirty sheets, request change of room the girl from the reception super rude, and when I went to check out they loaded the cost of the room 2 times, and also they changed a lot of fees on my bank account, and the girl for the front desk talked shit, this place is suck, I not recommen this place, this place is the garbage for the beautiful Elko

The only problem is , it's part of the casino and people are going to and from their rooms.... bring ear plugs and you'll be fine

I hadn't stayed at the Stockman's for years and back then it was sleazy. I'm happy to now give it an excellent recommendation. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was friendly helpful. (I didn't get her name). The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The food at the Brand restaurant was good. Jasmine our server made great recommendations and the pulled pork sandwich was delicious-one of the best I've ever had. The mile high carrot cake was tasty as well as being huge. It'll last for days!

We held our National Pony Express Convention here this year. I thought it was spacious, there was plenty of room to hold our meetings, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the service and food was great. The Western decor was very nice and the Nevada Division were super hosts! Patsy from the Utah Division

We went to check in and our room we paid for in advance with a confirmation number and the front desk claimed they had no reservation but we had the money taken from our bank and a confirmation number in our email. The front desk couldn’t care less and treated us like garbage. We ended up leaving due to how we were treated and after reading other reviews. We will not give this place another chance. Horrible customer service and we did not feel welcomed after a long drive.

For the time I needed the room I thought it was good. The staff worked with me on my late arrival and check in..the room was cleaned up enough and the bed was comfortable.
It was quiet here and the other people who stayed were respectful and I appreciate the front desk agents.

While Stockmans is a historic building, it's very dated and in need of some updates, my hotel room was satisfactory, however the casino is small, no table games, and just limited to some slot machines, with some effort they could make this into a nice resort.
