We can't recommend this place. The first room we were in the dresser and tv were broken. We asked for assistance, they said the maintenance person had gone home. They moved us to a new room. The ac didn't work, so we had to sleep with the windows open. The staff at the desk were helpful. The restaurant staff was wonderful. The building needs a infrastructure update, hvac, water and air scrubber in the casino.

Clean wonderful people. I just can’t recommend an inside room. The atrium that apparently was once open has windows facing the inside so their is no natural light and opening the window is pointless as it opens to the closed atrium. We had to run the AC to cool the room. Just don’t get an inside room.

Always a pleasant stay here. Today when we arrived, our room was "overly" noisy. We contacted the front desk and the "on duty" manager, Zarra, was very helpful and gracious to find us a suitable replacement room ! I think the staff here make every effort to make your stay comfortable and pleasant!!

The evening staff at the restaurant and the front desk were blah. The room was nice enough, double queen "suite", with clean sheets, the room was also clean. Water pressure in the shower was the most disappointing thing about this place besides the brisket sammich. For what we payed, $120ish for one night, it was a bit high. If you need a room and food this will get you by.

Worst customer experience. Pool closed during whole stay due to clouds in the area. Zero wind just over cast and management refused to open pool. Also on 2nd floor NO ramp for ADA access. Guest waited 15 minutes to get wheelchair to 1st floor. Manager and maintenance both denied any responsibility to assist. Night manager said that they were not responsible or even aware that the "Guest elevator" existed into an area with 2 steps and no ramp for ADA compliance. Management made customer feel it was their problem and not the hotels. Still refused to provide any assistance or accommodation. Pathetic to be so ignorant to the needs of ADA regulations and accommodations. Will never stay here again.

We did a quick overnight here on the way back to California. The room we reserved was supposed to have a couch, but did not. It did have a hot tub that leaked onto the floor. The "complimentary" breakfast was 4 choices or $1 off any other menu item. We completely regret staying here and will NOT be back.

The staff was great and very helpful. The property however was not at all what we expected from a Ramada. The room felt like a cheap motel and was not clean. We were disappointed after booking online based on previous positive experiences at Ramada properties and will not stay at this one again.

I met my daughter and grandkids for a birthday dinner and the restaurant staff was very accommodating and friendly. Dealt well with fidgeting kids that had been cooped up in a car. I would book here anytime thru Trivago.

The cafe in the morning was great, got a free complimentary breakfast! 2 queen beds, beds were kind of uncomfortable but overall the rooms were fine.

A much appreciated good night's rest on our road trip. For some reason this hotel didn't show up on my initial Google search for "nearby hotels" but Im so glad we found it. The A/C was refreshing after a long drive. Room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and pet-friendly (we were traveling with a service dog and transporting a caged rescue kitten). The complimentary breakfast passes were very much appreciated & the friendly cafe staff made our early morning start all the better.Reasonably priced with zero drama. Would stay again!

I come to Elko three times a year for work, a couple weeks each trip. Finally found a hotel that was decent and reasonable in price. This is one of the few hotels that allows smoking in the rooms, so for me that is a plus. I was in a corner 2nd level room. Bed was comfortable, room had been upgraded. Plenty of tv channels, walls a little thin, but not a problem for me. My room overlooked the pool, which can get a little noisy at time, but they promptly close it at 9 pm. The room was a bit small, I was in 215, and it was a double, although I had asked for a queen. My fault I guess, I arrived a day later than my initial reservation. Parking is free lot across the street. It is very well lit and security patrol it often.Wifi was excellant, towels clean and soft, bathroom had plenty of hot water and good pressure along with a nice blow dryer for my hair. The draw back is the room I had didnt have a 'work area' or table that could be used. The one that I think they did consider a work station was actually by the bathroom and the chair for it was far too low for as high as the 'counter' type area was. There were no electrical outlets nearby the work area. Another draw back is the overall lack of electrical outlets, I ended up having to buy an extension cord and power strip. I used the iron board as a 'table/desk' for all my files and paper work. They have a small 'tv type tray' that fits a lap top on, but thats it.I was greeted promptly and offered to have my bags taken up to my room, which I gladly accepted (and tipped for, please make sure to tip) I kept the do not disturb sign out all the days I was there so can't review about the housekeeping other to say I would put the trash outside my door and it would be promptly emptied in the morning. You will receive a coupon each morning for breakfast, but the selections available with the coupon was limited. Of course you can order other items and the coupon will give you $2.00 off.All in all it was a pleasant stay, and as I have mentioned in the beginning, I come into Elko 3 times a year, have stayed at three other hotels and Stockmens is where I will be returning from now on because it was indeed a decent stay, price was reasonable, as a single female traveler I always felt safe and although the room was a bit small, it serves my purpose. A nice, safe, quiet, clean place with good employees overall.

We were super tired after driving all day, this hotel is what had a room. We checked in, went to the room, and lets say if I had any fight in me, I would have made them come clean the bathroom! Dirt in the corners, the toilet was not clean, the shower head was working just not well, linens raveled, and threads were coming off. Wall next to bed was wet, they "taped it" but it had major water damage. Beds were comfy, but basically showered, tried to sleep, and left first thing in the morning. Breakfast was not bad, waitress was super accommodating and friendly. Non smoking rooms still smeeled like smoke.

Pool was closed today for weather? Not a cloud in the sky. We choose this hotel for the pool and location. Old crumbling pool area and ice machine was broken. Very disappointed, left and found a new hotel with a nice pool and rooms for same price.Rooms: Small and old.
