Pharmacist and techs are very rude and assumed we were rushing them,They violated hippa law by talking extremely loud about our prescriptions and everyone heard themThey are the rudest people and they should be investigated

The pharmacist 'Mike' is too frazzled and forgetful in his position. He doesn't know what he has already done.Yesterday I called to fill my 90-day prescription and Mike answered the phone, he stated that he needs to place an order for my medication, fair. The next day i called in and inquired about the status of the medication Mike answered again and said it hasn't come in, and he needs to order it, then told me to hold and then he came back to tell me the box just came in and will be ready by 2pm. I get a text message saying it's ready, and go in. Go to get it, and Mike can't find it and says he has to order it because he doesn't have any. I stated that he already ordered some yesterday and stated that he has it, that my prescription is ready. He insisted that he needed to order even more than he has already. Tomorrow will be day 3 of this and let's hope he ordered enough to give out a 30-day supply or find out how much more he needs to order.

No one picks up that phone it just rings forever and even if the scrip has been sent three days ago it’s not ready.

The staff is always very helpful and direct. I don't have an issue with them, the problem is for about the last year it takes forever to pick anything up. The line backs up, things are never ready. I don't know if they've started a new system or they need more staff but I'm switching pharmacies because I don't have the time to stand in line and wait 45+ minutes everytime I come in here

I have called over and over again for many many hours to either just continue hearing it ring or to have the phone picked up and hung up on. My prescriptions are not getting refilled when they are supposed to be refilled. They have told me in the past that it would be a couple of days before I got them refilled and then going to get my prescriptions and I got told to come back the next day, I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy for the past couple of months now I would not recommend.

This pharmacy is a joke. They send text messages saying prescriptions are ready. When you get there, they are not. Then they give you a time, you come back and still NOTHING!! Changed pharmacies and this pharmacy refuses to send the new pharmacy the scripts. Dont try and call you will never get through.i have been waiting on my husbands meds for over a week. Had to call the doctor to get a script for the one I needed most sent to the new pharmacy to be filled after your pharmacy clerk said the script had not even been looked at. There is no service at this pharmacy.

Hours were changed to 6pm. Can't get a hold of a pharmacist for nothing. My doc called in a refill on a Weds and wasn't even ready until that next Monday!- messed up my birth control which was a huge no-no considering I missed almost a weeks worth. Here I sit STILL waiting on another "last Weds" call in from my doc for a NEW prescription which was blood pressure meds that I needed ASAP over a week ago. I've been on hold for over 25 minutes and they're still not ready.CHANGE YOUR HOURS BACK!!!!!!I never had a problem before. Now my time is crucial and I'm thinking of refilling elsewhere unfortunately. Really sucks because I like going to Smiths Pharmacy for my meds. Especially because of the later hours. Now since time has changed I'm not so sure. I know that I'm not happy at this time. As far as my meds go?.... I needed them over a week ago, and now I sit afraid to move because of my blood pressure.

Seriously been having issues my entire pregnancy getting my medications, then having to go over my insurance every single time because they have the wrong one in, and every single time I have tried to call recently I stay on phone for awhile or call right back over 40 mins worth of waiting to reach anyone by phone, just to drive all the way to town and try and ask the questions I called for and to get medications in person as they never answerd . Their service seems to be going downhill and for the people who rely on their medications to keep them at bay this really sucks as they were a good pharmacy to use. I'm definitely considering going elsewhere when it seems I'm having nothing but issues. WHAT HAS HAPPENED?? WHY DOES IT SEEM LIKE ALL THE BUSINESSES ARE GOING DOWNHILL?

Called went through the automated system. Then sat there waiting for someone to pick up. One picks up tells me to hold. Then rings for a bit longer just for them to answer and say " give me just a second " and proceed to hang up. No call back or nothing. You guys need to do better.

O stars is I could. They are so behind, apparently can't get anyone to stay working. When they lie about things like what time your script will be ready, and about sending refill approval to the doc.

I've been shopping here for 4 years in Elko, NV. I like it much more than any Wal Mart. Customer Service, Cashiers, Stockers, Meat Cutters and Management should be all commendable.

I am so grateful for Dr.Jose \\u0026 his efforts that SOLVED my issue! My husband had a heart attack last month resulting w/2 stints being installed into his heart. This afternoon my husband went to have his scripts refilled at a local pharmacy that resulted in an unsavory ordeal \\u0026 my hubs left there empty handed. Of course by the time I was told about the situation that pharmacy was closed for the weekend \\u0026 I am in a panic for this med to is an anti-coagulant for the stints. I go to Smith's \\u0026 I am upset/crying with this empty bottle of pills asking Dr Jose what can I do? He reassures me and suggests the steps of protocol I needed to take. With 1 phone call \\u0026 repeating the issue a couple of times - the attending physician called Dr Jose \\u0026 like magic my tears dried up! Thank you so much to him \\u0026 Rose !
