I was tired of my at n t service, and decided to move to tmobile. I was greeted by the nicest girl I'd ever met. She made everything so easy and convenient, as well as stress-free. For anyone who is looking for better cell coverage, I will always refer them to Sam from T-mobile.

Brought my own device that I bought from Walmart (make sure you're getting an unlocked device if you do this) and didn't have to pay an activation fee, plus my bill doesn't even hit for another few weeks. Really great low-cost options and my rep totally understood I didn't want all the bells and whistles.

Other than the manager Samantha the rest of the employees are not well-trained they are rude arrogant they don't have inventory in their store or at least the phones that I wanted to buy I've had nothing but problems with the store since I moved here I would recommend everybody go to AT&T as soon as I can I am moving to AT&T getting the top of the line iPhone better service better phone and some of the employees there carry knives I am a 10th degree black belt martial arts Grandmaster and I don't appreciate people carrying knives if they feel they need to do so please hide them Bryce has called me and tried to suck up to me with a $50 store credit which he claims he can't do and I'm going to let a T-Mobile know T-Mobile corporate no that after 12 years I am leaving because of the store and anytime anybody from that store wants to get on with me you let me know thank you

The two women who helped us were amazing. They answered all of our questions, gave us a quote to switch and hooked us up with a great deal on home internet. Will definitely be back.

The sales rep that helped me was awesome. She made me aware of all the deals. I didn't like the fact that because I was paying my bill inside the store, I had to pay a $5 fee. That is not a good look T-Mobile

Some of the employees are kind and helpful, others are stand offish, which made me feel uncomfortable. I would like it better if they were all helpful and understand what I was going through
