We are very grateful for wonderful service. Our family vehicle needed some major repair and Top Gun made it easy to work with our insurance company. Then when the work was completed I had them renew my headlight covers on another vehicle and it was completed same-day. Great experience overall!!

Worst experience ever. It took over 6 months to fix our vehicle. We found iit multiple times outside with the windows down. We found it driven around without the air filter on. When we picked it up finally, there was mouse droppings in the cup holders and in the car in general. They didn't match our sticker on the side and it is already peeling. We won't even return to get these things fixed because of they are incompetent. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Very impressed with them. The customer service was amazing and they were so good at communicating and letting me know how my car was coming along. Great quality work as well. You could look at my car now and would never know it was ever in an accident!

The worst body shop experience ever. The office staff have no clue what they are doing. Here are some of the things I was told.
Parts are ordered (2 weeks later they had not been ordered)
I donāt know where your vehicle is. (By receptionist)
I donāt know what they said I didnāt talk to them. (By production manager and the suspension shop she sent my car to)
They said specs are good but you need a strut. (By the shop manager)
They forged my name on an insurance check without authorization or power of attorney. They did not do over $1300.00 of the repairs that the insurance paid for. I am having done by different shops and they refuse to reimburse the money they never should have deposited.
To get a return call, email or text takes an act of congress. Only updates given are if you call in and they confirm your car is there (sometimes canāt even get that much). No one in the office could even read an estimate or knew the software to write an estimate. I am filing insurance fraud complaint on this shop.
So much moreā¦if you value your car, time and money go anywhere else.

Waited over a month with an appointment to get my car in. Called in the afternoon to get an estimate on when it would be done never got a call back that was 5/28 and still no call but 5/29. Unfortunately didn't get to the shop in time but saw my car just sitting in a different parking spot. Called a few more along with my husband still never received a call back. I do people get busy but the lack of communication is frustrating and the fact I had an appointment for it to just sit is also frustrating as well.

While there are many 5 star reviews . This is NOT one of them . 28 days to replace a bumper . The insurance blaming the shop , the shop blaming the insurance, at the end of the day they still make their profit , we have never been talked to and treated so poorly, they took it upon themselves to place all the dirty muddy and grime my parts in the back seat of my truck with NO plastic barrier . They have wasted time I will never get back and and have treated like they were doing us some kind of favor . There are many other shops in town i for one will be using one them . Update : I was told that my truck would be cleaned and detailed , that my back seat would be cleaned ,they did NOTHING, they said they would do . I have no use for people that have ZERO integrity, epic fail

First of all this is the worse place to take your vehicle, I had to go to shop looking for my truck only to find out someone stole my truck from the shop. Talked to Ivan, he was so rude and unprofessional, got truck back and found they charged parts to insurance they never installed. Made call to Ivan the most unprofessional person they can have there, made me feel it was my fault for them losing my truck. I would never recommend this place to any one as long as Ivan works there. He really should find somewhere else to work, maybe under a rock with his attitude and customer service.Service: Body & Trim
