I came in today looking for a styling tool. I looked on the wall and didnt see what i needed so then i looked in the boxes at ones tbat werent on the wall and as i was putting it back in the box a worker with pink hair came up to me and rudely said look at the ones on the wall and chided me and walked a way with a snarky grin. If she would have asked if i needed help i may have bought something but- she was not kind and i left. You lost my business

It's always wonderful here .
The staff are so helpful friendly professional and knowledgeable.
Val was the first person we met when me and my daughter came here the first time and every time we went in she recognized us and greeted us like friends.
The store is very clean and organized
We have used the eyebrow waxing specialist as well as the hair salon and everything turned out beautifully!!

Ulta Elko has never disappointed. Each visit reaffirms why it’s our favorite. My wife finds everything she needs, from the latest makeup to premium haircare and skincare products. When I didn't know the stylist with which I was scheduled to cancel my appointment the employee that I was finally sent to was extremely short. I have dealt with rude employees there several times but now I will not use them anymore.

The people their are rude like I wasn’t doing nothing just in line and the lady said give me a minute like I was trying to do something now I know how they treat people with color and I know that she wouldn’t like it if I said that

The associates here are rude. Overheard a Clinique lady tell a customer "why did you change your hair? You look so much better with the red hair." And then that the customers legs "used to be super muscular but they look like stick now and what happened?" Who talks to customers like that? Appalling.

I don't appreciate the attitude I got when I asked a simple question if I can use my points. I was interrupted in the middle of my question and was told I couldn't do that and I had to do it on my own. And after purchasing my stuff she then she asked me if I wanted to use my points which I was confused I thought I had to do it online? Was not very helpful and terrible attitude overall.

I had thy worse service here. The girl that did my hair did a horrible job. My hair turned out ugly, uneven to where I have to weara hat an tie my hair up. I don't recommend coming here
