Brin took great care of me! I had to switch services fast because I moved to a remote area where I was getting zero reception with Cricket. She took enough time with me to switch the service and then was thorough enough to make sure that my service had been fully switched over before I left the store. She was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She confidentially, competently, and quickly resolved my issue. Thank you Brim!

Bren was very kind and helpful. She helped me find just the right phone and plan. When the copy process took longer than expected, she apologized though I knew it was an Internet issue and not her fault. I am very happy with my new phone.

I went to shoe store because of the ads for “free” iPhone 15. I have been a Verizon customer with multiple lines and have bought a pile of phones. 20 years with Verizon. The young man who helped me was courteous and knowledgeable but didn’t have the authority to deviate from the script provided by Verizon, I assume. The first thing I was told was that my plan “was so old “ that even with an upgrade I would only be allowed $200 toward the base model IPhone 15. I needed a new phone so I went ahead with the deal as presented. I later had a chat with Verizon customer service about the lack of appreciation for 20 years as a customer with Verizon and that I felt that $200 off a phone seemed a little thin. Verizon subsequently made me whole on the deal. This is not to disparage the Elko, NV store as they were helpful, professional and made the deal they were authorized to make.

10/10. Great customer service and knowledgeable. I walked in 30mins before they closed yet the associate (Austin) had no problem staying little a late to get my new phone set up.

The personnel are extremely helpful. They pay attention to what your saying and respond after considering what you state your needs and wants are. There was no feeling of up selling just recommended what was best for us based on what we told him. Consideration made for great customer service. Thank you Austin your amazing ?
