Next thing Omgosh the lady at the front desk I did not get her name but the compassion she had for us was amazing I was a ball of tears asking them about urns and other products they have with is quite a bit, the lady had so much knowledge and was patent with us and all our questions I appreciate these guys thank you so much”

“This will be a longer reveiw, so bottom line: great service, great location, clean, and overall a high-quality vet clinic.
Now details:
The building it's self is awesome. Decent parking space. They have an option to come in or call them, and they will meet you outside to get your pet/animal if you do not wish to go inside. If you decide to go in, you will be pleased. As soon as you walk through the double doors, a friendly staff greets you. The lobby is very clean and notably: there is no "vet clinic" smell in the lobby, unlike other places we have gone. There is a nice seating area that even has a small area for children to play and keep occupied. They have a television to watch while you wait. They sell collars, leashes, pet supplements, treats, food, and they even sell candles that eliminate pet odor!
When it is your turn, they call you into a clean examination room that also contains a small upholstered bench, an examination table, a small desk area for the assistants/vet, and helpful informative posters and documentation posted around the room. Here, they will check your pet and discuss with you any questions you have or anything they have found/ done to help your pet. They will go over in detail any medications, treatments, or future visits needed here as well. They also fill your pets prescriptions here.
The employees at Elko Veterinary Clinic are all amazing! You can tell everyone there is very caring and genuinely loves animals. Every time I have gone to this clinic, every single employee has been kind, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. From the employees at the front desk, the vet assistants, down to the vet- every single person has been fantastic.
This is the only vet clinic open on weekends, and my personal favorite vet clinic in town (not meaning anything bad about the others, this one is just my favorite). They are very accommadating.
The prices are great, and they are worth every penny and more, in my opinion. I absolutely recommend this vet clinic to anyone.”
