“We moved to the general area (i.e., Pilot Valley within 2 hours of Elko) and required a new vet for our 11.5 year old dog that’s been on an existing medication refill for several years. Our dog is overly anxious in new social settings (i.e., high social anxiety) and the front desk staff was very accommodating to this issue by letting my pooper stay in the vehicle until called which was a blessing, since it ended up being almost an hour wait. Courtney (vet tech) was very observant and attentive. She even identified one of our dog’s tooth was loose that I hadn’t identified earlier as a concern. Dr. Austin was easy going but thorough, which was an extremely admirable trait given my dog’s disposition. I was extremely pleased with the staff and overall service received.”
