Our family suffered a tragic, unexpected loss recently. I went into this Walmart to print same day canvases and memoriam cards for the short notice service the following day. The male employee with the long hair in the photo department assured me he would complete the canvases that day but definitely wasn’t thrilled about it. I had some questions at the photo kiosk and he seemed almost annoyed with me. Lexi from the phone department may have picked up on this also and since she didn’t have customers helped me through the entire order process. Her background in graphic design helped as we were customizing. Lexi was very detailed, caring and patient in my time of need as my emotions got the best of me a couple of times. I returned hours later to check on my order. To my surprise Lexi was working on the canvases. She said it was her first time but not to worry that she would get them done in time. They turned out perfectly, she did an amazing job! Not sure what happened to the guy in the photo department that told me he would get them done in time, but if it weren’t for Lexi we would not have had canvases for the memorial service. I hope Lexi didn’t get into trouble for helping out in a different department but I am certainly glad she stepped up. My family and I are extremely grateful for this kind soul that went out of her way to help me in my time of need. The world needs more people like her and I believe she will do great things in life. I would give her infinite stars on this review if I could. Walmart, treat this woman well and she’ll do great things and continue to receive 5 star reviews.

Made an order at 4:00 for hair dye and some hair lightener. It said it would be here between 8-10. Then the app let me know it was gonna be delayed by 2 hours. So I called the store to see what was going on and explained my situation and was told,”Oh this happens all the time with late delivery orders.” If this happens all the time DONT DO LATE NIGHT DELIVERY ORDERS!!! I wanted to reschedule my order but it wanted me to pay another $9.95 to reschedule. Hell no! So I just cancelled it and now I won’t get my money back for 10 days. This is insane.

I had a terrible experience there last Friday and again yesterday. Last week it resulted in me not getting my pain meds (post surgery) over the weekend so I suffered greatly. Yesterday the pharmacist did not want to fill my Rx for pain meds. I spoke with him twice and he asked me personal, inappropriate questions about why I was taking the meds, how much I was taking, etc Then he said he’d fill it. 10 minutes later I get a text saying there was a problem with my Rx so I called back. After much discussion he asked me why I was so “hostile”! So I told him everything I’d been through with him and he didn’t care. They finally filled it and when I went to pick it up, I informed the manager of the pharmacy everything I’d been through. I’ll never use that pharmacy again!

I find Walmart to be an all-around general store. Supplying the daily needs to the public from Auto to clothing food medical cleaning supplies hardware gardening etc... they are a wonderful store to pick up your daily needs

Pretty sure he was new but he was the sweetest most patient person very polite and went above and beyond for us today I hope someone in management sees this and knows what a great employee they have!!!

Rudest Walmart I’ve ever been to. The workers are rude, don’t watch where they are going and refuses to move out of the customers way in the aisle. I’ve almost been run over several times in the cheese aisle. Horrible!
