Worst service ever from the tellers on 8/27/22. Rude ...laughed at me because I didn't understand what they were saying and the manager rolled her eyes at me. Just opened my account, very unpleasant experience. However the lady who helped me set up my account and my teller on Friday we're amazing . Will raise my stars once this is resolved

Went on an earlier date after having an issue with my debit card and after being directed by the Wells Fargo call line to see a banker specifically. Banker lady didn't identify herself or greet me just said you know you can have a teller help you and very reluctantly helped me. On 06/12/22 I had an appointment for some notary work that an insurance company requested. Again the banker was unfriendly and stated she couldn't notarize this form without a specific notary form and stated she couldn't witness my signature even though I was sitting there,she had my picture id, and I hadn't signed it. Other than the tellers, the banker ladies are very unfriendly and unhelpful and act like you are bothering them. If I go to a branch in say Idaho, I am greeted and asked how they can help.

They stopped me at the door like I am a criminal. Even though my mask is on. Then proceed to tell me they can't help me, I have to go through drive through for one transaction and call the 800 number for the other. All for things I could have had done a year ago in the store. The 800 number is not easy, half the time you can't understand the employee on the line and they are always rude. Other banks in the area are pleasant and let you in their branch. I will be switching banks in the near future. This has been going on for far too long.

They were able to help me with the closing of my house in Texas and fix what another Wells Fargo in my old hometown screwed up.

I've had an account with Wells Fargo for 15 years and today was the first time I've ever been denied money and told to call the 1800 number and they will "allow you your money" I'm moving on from Wells Fargo they prey on the less fortunate.

I would give 0 stars if I could at this point. I now owe an extra 100 dollars to my land lord because I'm late on rent. They set up my account spelled my name wrong. I deposited my money in my account and find out I have to wait 5 days to access it. And all I get is a sorry. How do you make that mistake when you copied it off my license and spelled my name wrong STILL then knowingredients because of it I owe 100 extra dollars and just say sorry. Then when I ask if I can just have my check back so I can get my money sooner to pay my rent so I don't get in more trouble I'm told there is nothing they can do. That's fantastic. Thanks.

I was really sad that Elko had no Chase or Bank of America so I had to open an account here. Wow, this bank has the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you!
