I had an appointment to open an account with them. I came 5 min early, announced myself, and was told to sit and wait for someone to help me. 3 other people came, was helped, and left and I was completely ignored. I left after waiting 15 minutes. I’ll go elsewhere.

Super bad online technology. These guys make you pay “online” through some weird portal.They outsource their insurance stuff. They only alert you via snail mail. No messaging via their platform.100% worse CU I ever worked with! Stay away from them. Not worth any points of savings. My car sales guy switched me off my pre approved CU to these random fly by night CU

If I could rate minus stars it would be -*****. The worst credit union ever! Horrible customer service.... waiting on hold for an hour. They have bullied me for 30+ days for a car payment on a vehicle thats " totalled" Geico has already paid them $28,000. I'm just waiting for my gap insurance to pay off the remainder balance. If I would have known then.. what I know now... I would not have bought my vehicle. GNCU was the only financial institution that would finance me. Now I know why.

I wish they would give me my funds a day early like every other bank/credit union. I have direct deposit. But I do like them. The online banking is now great!!!

Moved from another credit union to GNCU, Took me 45 min just to speak to someone, and that was after being hung up on twice.. Plus this is not the first time calling about same issue. They keep messing up and not putting my extra payment to principal. I've never had so much trouble with a credit union. Thinking of seriously moving my account..

Try to call customer service. Either direct or toll free. Nothing. Waiting for an hour with no answer. I am closing my account with them. If my time was important to them I would have had a person answer the phone. With that kind of service I am going to another bank.

Left this credit union and am still getting re occurring overdraftfees for a death and dismemberment ins policy that Theypeddled of on me. The company customer service is closed ALL the time to get this stopped. Stay away from this place it’s just ONE of the problems we are STILL dealing with from GNCUTheir staff could care less and they do NOT offer any help at allThank God we left that place it’s the WORST customer serviceI’ve ever seen in the banking industry. Oh and don’t mind theordering you to wear a mask even if you are disabled and EXEMPT LEGALLY from the mandate. Thanks for making things really difficult on this poor unassuming patron. Again SO GLAD we left.

Incompetent and rude tellers. The employees at this branch need major customer service training. Due to this branch I will be closing my GNCU accounts.

Demanded to put on a mask before we were barely in the place. I am disabled and cannot wear a mask safely. The rude teller was the last straw and I walked out. Management should do something about the lack of common courtesy. You also cannot simply call that bank without being placed on hold until you hang up. We are taking our money and patronage out of that place By the way, handicapped people are NOT mandated to wear a mask if it affects their health. I am one of those people sooooo.... In response to the person at GNCU: It wasn't so much the order to put on a mask. It was the rude loud tone. On top of that, the other teller we dealt with was very rude. Then your response was all about mandates and nothing about how we were treated. Read my other reviews. 99 percent are all positive. I am not one of those people not happy about everything, I am quite positive and thankful for life itself. Have a nice day..

This is the worst bank ever, Customer service is very rude, they lie to you, I spoke with Tammy a supervisor in customer service and she said that she can assist me because I have a business checking account and she didn’t have access to it.I opened my account with this credit union because they said I can deposit money in any credit union shared branch (co-op) I deposited cash in 2 different credit union co-op ATM and my money was on hold by GNCU.The majority of cuatomer service agentes are rude very rude. Get away of this place! Give piece to your mind!
