Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I brought my bike in for a bearing inspection (under warranty) in September. They've left my bike outside in the elements the whole time.It's almost January.EDIT:It's January now. Went to pick up and take my bike to a different dealership. Sahara Motors lost my warranty copy and my only key defiantly telling me that I didn't bring them in. They eventually found the key, which proved them wrong. They didn't even help load my now dead bike up.The person I was talking to was there when I handed over the key and warranty in September. I'm not sure if he just couldn't remember or what, but being forgetful isn't an excuse for terrible service. They could have told be they had issues with my ticket any of the times I called to check on my bike, but they didn't. They just kept saying it would be a few more weeks.Some people don't take pride in their work, and that's okay. I didn't go in to complain, I was just going to take my business elsewhere. Trying to stretch real far and blame it on me is simply deserving of ridicule, though. This is a Kawasaki dealership that doesn't service Kawasaki bikes.

I brought a 2020 chevy malibu from Sahara motors April 14th 2023 I was told I had 30days to have things fixed on it but when I went to get them fixed I was told on may 9th that I would have to pay to have them fixed now I have a 30,000 dollar car that they wont fix the things wrong with it I was told they would give me new tires but because it's in my name now they wont I'm sorry but I wont never ever buy a car from them again they dont hold up to what they say this is the 3 time there wont be a 4th I'll go out of town and I told Maggie I get paid on the 1st or 3rd what she did was made my payments for the 29th not on the day I ask for I feel like I have been done wrong again when I'm I going to learn that u cant trust Sahara motors in ely Nevada

Took 2 vehicles to get repaired by the parts and services in the back and both times I was very disappointed they both came back with more problems than when I initially put them in for. Save your money go somewhere else.

If you're looking for a badass truck at a super reasonable price.. These are the people to come to! Maggie is the absolute sweetest & when my Father purchased his pickup from them, they were very accommodating & personable. He couldn't speak highly enough of them!

I got to speak my mind and I have questions your integrity and your treatment of my nephew who I love to my last breath and trust him infinity if I could get him fired I would but he's so loyal. How dare you give him a car that's has a broken window what was that a favor. You should give him annual raise and finace a car of his Choice.
