Customer service was great. Customer was greeted at the door and helped with purchase right away. The other gentleman was very welcoming and helped. A nice young man interduced himself and helped to his fullest. Experience was good. Gentleman replaced a lost phone, walked through solutions to specific needs and reviewing options. This Verizon retailer was highly recommend and look forward to long time.
