My Company bought approx. $500 in Ground and Stew Meat to try. Meat offerings and packaging are super professional and super High Quality. Tastes like Ground Filet Mignon. If anyone asks how could you spend almost $20 dollars a pound on ground meat I would say; you get what you pay for. Came frozen. Smelled Fresh once defrosted. Nice color and texture. Will buy again. The bison products are amazing. We just tried Brats for the first time and wish I would have ordered more! We recently received a shipment that was still frozen upon receipt and packed very well. I will definitely purchase from Miller Bison again!

Miller Bison meats are fabulous. The ground makes a great meatloaf,the chuck roast melts in the mouth can't wait to try more. Anthony is great with a fabulous personality. I love the fact there is no gammie taste at all.I will be back to buy more.

We ordered a buffalo in 2020 and again in 2021. We shared this delicious meat with family, friends, and employees. Both experiences have been wonderful. The service, from ordering through delivery, is excellent. The air-tight packaging stores well in both the refrigerator and freezer. We will continue to order our annual buffalo, and we will continue to recommend Miller Bison to family and friends.
