“My grandmother was referred to this place for a second opinion on her Kia. I frantically called here and Savanna was amazing on the phone. When I was finally able to get to the shop, they saw my G/ma’s car right away. I was informed of the fee over the phone, but the awesome tech admitted the first opinion was indeed correct and the engine was done for. Being from out of town and knowing nothing about vehicles, I was pretty nervous. But everyone at this shop felt amazing to be around. Thank you guys so much Savanna and Stuart (and other tech!!)”

“After my battery died, I went to O’Reilly’s in Fallon and bought a new battery which was very expensive!! Dean, who works there helped me pick one out, giving me several options and explaining everything very well to me. So after I purchased the battery, he offered to put it in my car for me, which is awesome because I don’t have anyone at home to help me do that. So he took it out in the parking lot and went to install it in my car, and noticed the date on the other battery. He went back inside and looked it up on his computer and found out it was under warranty. He then proceeded to give me a new battery all charged and installed for absolutely free. I did not know that the battery was under warranty. I thank Dean so much for his awesome customer service and the fact that he saved me so much money and so much headache.. Thank you, O’Reilly for caring so much about your customers, and give Dean a raise lol!! ?”
