“I brought my Mercedes Sprinter 1500 to Frank’s Automotive Diesel Repair for a full service at 60k miles — spark plugs, oil change, brake fluid, pads and rotors, air filters. They finished everything in one day, and the work was excellent. They tracked down and fixed an annoying rattling noise from the passenger-side door that had been driving me crazy — they test-drove the van several times to make sure it was completely gone. It was definitely worth driving from Carson City to Fallon — the prices were much better than in Carson, and the service was fast and professional. Highly recommend!”

“My grandmother was referred to this place for a second opinion on her Kia. I frantically called here and Savanna was amazing on the phone. When I was finally able to get to the shop, they saw my G/ma’s car right away. I was informed of the fee over the phone, but the awesome tech admitted the first opinion was indeed correct and the engine was done for. Being from out of town and knowing nothing about vehicles, I was pretty nervous. But everyone at this shop felt amazing to be around. Thank you guys so much Savanna and Stuart (and other tech!!)”
“They listened to me when I told them one of my tires was faulty.
They gave me a far more reasonable price and had a perfect alignment when done.
I asked for windshield wipers and it was on them once they determined they were bad.
They have alao lowered my cost on matience. All my tire rotations will be through them now saving me money.
Highly recommend the drive is worth it.”

“Took my ‘20 F-150 Limited in for an oil change. I was charged $10 to remove a cover under the engine. That’s 4 small screws! Takes 2 minutes if that to do this. On checkout the guy said my cabin air filter was good. Well the air filter is behind the glovebox and I saw no one get inside my truck during the short time I was there! Why lie to a customer who’s given you plenty of business in the past???”
