“After my battery died, I went to O’Reilly’s in Fallon and bought a new battery which was very expensive!! Dean, who works there helped me pick one out, giving me several options and explaining everything very well to me. So after I purchased the battery, he offered to put it in my car for me, which is awesome because I don’t have anyone at home to help me do that. So he took it out in the parking lot and went to install it in my car, and noticed the date on the other battery. He went back inside and looked it up on his computer and found out it was under warranty. He then proceeded to give me a new battery all charged and installed for absolutely free. I did not know that the battery was under warranty. I thank Dean so much for his awesome customer service and the fact that he saved me so much money and so much headache.. Thank you, O’Reilly for caring so much about your customers, and give Dean a raise lol!! ?”
