Terrible mechanic. Shelby put in for transmissions in my truck, I did not go to him for transmission issues. I went in for a gasket on the oil pan and the transmission pan, they didn't put all the pieces back together and I lost a ton of oil on my way to Carson city,

I brought my vehicle to C&L Auto for a transmission repair. Over the course of four months and after spending several thousand dollars, the work was never completed despite repeated assurances. This prolonged delay and unexpected expense caused significant disruption to our family’s schedule, added financial strain, and needless stress. Frustrated, I took the car to another local shop, which diagnosed and fixed the problem in a single day. Do not come to C&L Auto at all!!!

Don't use C&L Auto he robbed us of thousands of dollars never completed any of the work blocked mine and my wife's number we ended up having to go to another local shop to have the work done and paid additionally he is a scam

Don't bring your car to this place. They will just take your money and give you back a broken vehicle after keeping your car for a long time. Shelby will promise you that they will take care your car only to get it back still broken.

C & L Auto Repair in Fallon is A-1 in solid service and quality. My Ford Truck has some miles and needed new ac and a few other things !! I could not be happier with the work and the positive customer first attitude!!! Thank you so much !! Would highly recommend !!

I just want to tell everyone that sees this that C and L auto is the best place I have ever been. They are very very kind people and should be more recognized in this town. I drove here from San Diego to the naval base out here for work and my car starting making a weird noise they diagnosed it and got it fix within a timely manner. This is the only shop in Fallon that would even get close to touching my BMW. Shelby and Kim are amazing people and I wouldn’t have wanted to take my car any where else! It was a very affordable and reasonable price! This guys definitely know what they are doing. So if your reading this considering on taking them your vehicle for repairs I 10/10 recommend this place and can guarantee that you will get the service and professionalism that you need! Fantastic place. Recommended to me by an employee from Nappa auto parts. (Thank you) Had a little part installed on the Suburban so that I would be able to shift. They didn't want anything for it all they wanted was a big bag of ice a a cherry coke for his wife. God bless them and the shop.
