We’ve been loyal customers of this tire shop for years, but this last experience was very disappointing. We had a brand-new battery installed, drove home 30 minutes with no issues, then the car completely died shortly after. A neighbor with car experience checked and found a loose, ill-fitting cover and an unnecessary washer on the battery connection. When I called the shop, they refused to come check and insisted I bring the car back—despite knowing we live 30 minutes away and would need to pay for towing. Very poor service, especially for long-time customers.

They have something else going on, all the time. Just trying to get some tires, took me more than 15 minutes to figure out if they could. They could, but not within my expectation.

My grandmother was referred to this place for a second opinion on her Kia. I frantically called here and Savanna was amazing on the phone. When I was finally able to get to the shop, they saw my G/ma’s car right away. I was informed of the fee over the phone, but the awesome tech admitted the first opinion was indeed correct and the engine was done for. Being from out of town and knowing nothing about vehicles, I was pretty nervous. But everyone at this shop felt amazing to be around. Thank you guys so much Savanna and Stuart (and other tech!!)

Stopped in to priprice a replacement battery. This business is very close to our home. The salesman offered
a new battery and
told me the price total. Installed at no charge, quickly by second tech. Paid by debit card. It's is working just like a new, reliable battery is expected to operate. Good service, fair price.

Rant… C Bar R Tire Pros - I took my truck in to get an estimate on fixing a leak. After agreeing to the initial estimate they then notified me it needs a ton of replacements, with a $6,000 estimate. When I did not go through with it they would not put the truck back together and left all the parts in the back of the truck leaking all over my bed liner. I even paid for the labor and engine tear down and ended up having to pay a tow truck on top of that. Would never recommend this place!

Highly recommend this shop. I went in to get my AC checked today and they got it fixed fast. Asked if they did CV axle replacements and of course they did. Kenny had me scheduled same day. Within an hour J got both my front axles replaced. These guys are very professional and charge a very reasonable price.
