I brought my car here for a repair to the front left bumper. After meeting with them and making some specific requests, I was told that they could accommodate and were happy to work on the vehicle. Seamless process with the insurance company. They called and scheduled a date to drop off the car. Took all of 5 minutes (plus a cute dog lives in the office). I dropped the vehicle off on Monday. Told me car would be ready on Friday. It wasn’t. It was ready Thursday. Epic. Work was stellar. I was told nothing can match the factory paint and I would have to disagree. Maybe in the strength of the paint or gel coat that could be true, time will tell. But the craftsmanship they have made the car look brand new again. They called me to pick up the vehicle. Told me it would be ready as soon as they washed it. Not only did they wash it but they vacuumed and wiped down the interior. Not only was I truly impressed with the work, but I was pleased that everyone there was so engaged and happy to help. Thank you folks for your assistance with the repair. I highly recommend silver sage collision if you need work done.

I recently had my truck repaired at Silver Sage Collision, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The staff was professional, the repairs were done quickly, and my truck looks as good as new. Highly recommend for quality work and great customer service!

It took them 4 1/2 months to complete my car. Terrible customer service, terrible work done, and full of lies. They constantly had excuses about what was going on with my car, the insurance, and parts. Worst place to take a vehicle for repairs. I would constantly have to reach out to them for updates. When I finally got my car back, we have found that they didn't adjust my headlights after the repairs, the door handle sticks now, and they sanded down a piece on the back of my car and didn't paint it!!!! I don't want to have them repair their mistakes as I am afraid they will keep my car another 4 1/2 months. Instead I am going above them and will have it repaired by a professional company who knows what they are doing.
DO NOT GO TO CROWN COLLISION!!!!

Got my estimate and insurance paid them weeks later didnt hear anthing from them. Finally called them, was told oh we have the parts just waiting for your vehicle, well would have been nice for you to call let me know. Took my car in has now been weeks, finally just call THEM AGAIN! They tell us well the parts don't seem to have ever been order. So you have had a random car sitting there and no one try to find out why? Not once did they contact me about anything. I have had to call to find out they have done nothing, but been paid. I was lied to about parts being in. Now it's they were never ordered. Never again will we use them or ever recommend them. I hope no one has to deal with this. I would avoid at all cost. Now it's getting my car back, insurance getting their money back and finding a different place.

Pathetic service. They think they are the only business in town. Hiring the handicapped is wonderful, but someone needs to oversee the staff. Absolutely should not be in the business.

The man at the front desk was very rude from the moment I walked into the door. There was a sign saying estimates by appointment only and had their phone number. Since I was there I went in to schedule an appointment instead of calling a business I'd already driven to. He sighed and threw his sandwich down on his desk then proceeded to go take photos of my car without asking me what repairs I was looking for. When I went out to tell him what I was wanting he acted like I was an idiot explaining that what I wanted wasn't a complete repair. I knew that, but it's a 14 Year old car with other minor dents etc. So I'm not trying to make it like new. He told me I'd hear back from them in a few days with an estimate and so far I've heard nothing. I'll not likely be using them for any repairs and would go out of my way to discourage others from using them.

Crown did a great job putting a Bentley grille om my 2006 Chrysler 300. Well within time estimates and under the quoted price. Highly recommended.

Can't get a hold of them (us or the insurance company). They inspected the vehicle in October, ordered parts in November, didn't get us in til January. They called us and said they didn't realize there was deeper damage, ordered more parts, and got us in February. ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS, so now I'm stuck with a darker window tint than I had. They lost parts in the warehouse for a week, so I had to wait longer. To the point that my insurance company was ready to cancel my rental cause it took CC forever to get this done. Next time I will drive to Reno and find someone half competent to get a job done. Never again - nightmare.
