Pathetic service. They think they are the only business in town. Hiring the handicapped is wonderful, but someone needs to oversee the staff. Absolutely should not be in the business.

The man at the front desk was very rude from the moment I walked into the door. There was a sign saying estimates by appointment only and had their phone number. Since I was there I went in to schedule an appointment instead of calling a business I'd already driven to. He sighed and threw his sandwich down on his desk then proceeded to go take photos of my car without asking me what repairs I was looking for. When I went out to tell him what I was wanting he acted like I was an idiot explaining that what I wanted wasn't a complete repair. I knew that, but it's a 14 Year old car with other minor dents etc. So I'm not trying to make it like new. He told me I'd hear back from them in a few days with an estimate and so far I've heard nothing. I'll not likely be using them for any repairs and would go out of my way to discourage others from using them.

Crown did a great job putting a Bentley grille om my 2006 Chrysler 300. Well within time estimates and under the quoted price. Highly recommended.

We've had them fix our paint from a severe windstorm. They were fast and seemed to respect how important a person's time can be.

Can't get a hold of them (us or the insurance company). They inspected the vehicle in October, ordered parts in November, didn't get us in til January. They called us and said they didn't realize there was deeper damage, ordered more parts, and got us in February. ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS, so now I'm stuck with a darker window tint than I had. They lost parts in the warehouse for a week, so I had to wait longer. To the point that my insurance company was ready to cancel my rental cause it took CC forever to get this done. Next time I will drive to Reno and find someone half competent to get a job done. Never again - nightmare.

I've been waiting for the estimate they promised since my first visit 4 weeks ago. No response. I stopped by 2 weeks ago and they said that they would work on it, still no response.

This used to be a good place to go to. Now of days a lot has changed. Way overpriced and young inexperienced office staff/estimators, which I believe is a lot of the problem. It's worthwhile to make the drive out of town to somewhere else.

I smashed into a deer and it took out half my front end. These guys did a fantastic job! Looks like nothing happened. Paint is perfect.

Had my car repaired because of a accident. Crown has great customer service they worked with me the whole time and kept me informed. Also they did a great job fixing the damage as well.

The best thing about this business is how kind and understanding the staff are. They did a wonderful job with my vehicle. I genuinely appreciate how quickly they were able to finish it, despite it being a tow in, and them being booked up for weeks.
