I was worried about finding a new shop for my Jeep when I moved to N. Nevada. I have taken my Jeep here for two separate issues and the shop has fixed both issues. The shop is knowledgeable and they take care of my Jeep. I can handle basic maintenance but anything else past my expertise, I leave to these guys.

Honestly the best shop I have been to in a long long time! I had a trip I had only one day to get ready for these guys took the time to get my driveline ballance and even took the time to test drive with me after the repairs cant say it enough they are a great shop.

The guys rebuilt the transmission in my E350 van. They managed to do the work under the amount quoted. Such nice employees. Knowledgeable and so personable. Would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises.

Awesome shop. I get what l pay for. I always tell Andy l wish the work he did cost only 5 Cents. But l know it doesn't work that way. He's always open when l call. It's worth it for me. I drive in from Reno for Driveline Service to work on my vehicle. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE on what's happening with my 2500 Ram. I have someone l can trust to tell me the truth. I'll always remember the time when l had my 1999 GMC SIERRA and he told me the transfer cases leak out all the oil. I said really. He told me he had 8 on the floor newly rebuilt just waiting for them to come in because it happens all the time. Sure nuff mine was in there soon enough. Very good staff Andy. Friendly and professional. I don't mind the drive for great service. IT'S WORTH IT!!! You might find someone as good but no one any better in my opinion.

I dropped off my 1977 Camaro Lt coupe a they had it back to me within 3 days and they did great work a did a good job communicating with me and even explain everything an I’m 21 an I would highly recommend anyone my age to go in

World Class
Nothing but respect and gratitude for this business. This summer they rebuilt a manual transmission, transfer case, both drivelines and the rear differential on our 1991 Jeep Wrangler. At each step they evaluated what had to be done, communicated with us clearly and delivered the goods. Although they were 2 hrs away from where we live they came highly recommended by a shop in our area, and we found the recommendation was well deserved. Thanks to the whole crew at Driveline and Gear for going the extra mile to stand behind your work and your reputation.

Mistakes were made several times on my driveshaft I had made. Several return visits and no discount on novice work. These guys don’t take pride in their work like most shops now days. Andy the owner is rude and very Angry. Wouldn’t ever do business with this garage shop company.

If I need service with I cannot do, this is where I go. The guys here are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and nice as hell.
I had my transmission replaced by these guys, not only did they do all the work for me, they gave me a better price than anyone else in the area. There answered every question I had, no matter how dumb or complex my questions were.

Very Pleased with my repairs and service! My carefully installed new NAPA Auto Parts Top of Their Line and most Expensive "CHINESE" universal joint, physically broken in-half 178 miles after on New Pass Nevada, which is on Highway 50 the Loneliest Road in America at 11:50 at night. I slept in my pick up Camper until daylight. Then pulled the rear driveshaft out before any more damage occurred. I called driveline services in Fallon when they opened to ask about driving my pick up to their shop in 4-wheel-drive on the front driveshaft to see if it would do any damage to the transfer case? The owner of the business Andy explained to me because my truck is a 1 ton, F-350, it has a transfer case plenty strong enough to drive it that way to their shop. When I arrived, the shop, was prepared to take care of replacing the expensive NAPA "Chinese" universal joints with USA made Spicer u-joints that cost less than half of what I paid at NAPA. I've owned the truck since new and have well-maintained it for 192,000 miles. Andy and the fellas checked my factory, original driveshaft for alignment, balanced it and installed the new joints and painted the driveshaft. They were kind enough to let me install the driveshaft in their parking lot and even loan me a tap to clean up the threaded holes in my rear differential yoke. It had been over 30,000 miles since I last did a complete service on my transmission. I asked Andy if he would mind doing the service and giving the transmission a thorough internal inspection with an educated eye to see what the condition is? It was getting later in the afternoon, but Andy said he'd get it in the shop first thing in the morning. Andy, let me bunk in my camper in his parking lot overnight. They did get it in the shop in the morning. Andy invited me in the shop to look up inside the transmission once the pan was off. I was pleased when Andy told me that he saw no serious wear on the transmission. He said if I continue to maintain it, I would probably see another 100,000 miles out of it. All of the work Andy and the fellas did at driveline services was reasonably priced and prompt. I will continue to do business with Andy and the fellas at driveline services Fallon even though it's 265 miles from my home and Ely. Even if you live outside of Fallon, I Highly recommend making the trip to Fallon for peace of mind and saving money. Thank You gentlemen for a Great Job!
