Bought a new F250. We looked other places but decided to stop by Fallon Ford. This was a very good experience. They bent over backwards to get us everything that we asked for. They threw in stuff for free. Price was so much better than Reno prices. ❤️ will go back for any car needs in the future. They won our business!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation, they rotated in the spare wheel/tire. When I’ve asked for this service at other locations they didn’t perform it. While walking the lot I found a vehicle I was interested in Ashley and Dylan were willing to put together a ball park idea of the payment without pulling my credit report.

They are all very small town nice, not the impersonal I have received at other dealerships. It is usually easy to get a service appointment with in the week. But they can seem to fix my cigarette lighter. And after your service they give you a wooden nickel for a free exterior car wash.

I was told our appointment was at 1 p.m. so I scheduled tests at the hospital to be done while the oil change was going to be done. Then we were told the appt was at 2 p m. Then we were told tge car wouldn't be finished until 3:30 p.m.
IF we use your facility again, I would appreciate you standing true to the original appt time given. I'd like to thank the gentlemen who used the courtesy can to come and get me at the hospital.
