While on the road for work today, I got a chip on I-80. I called them, and they told me to stop by so they could fix it. Not only did they have it repaired in just 10 minutes, but their service was incredibly kind and professional. Thank you all so much—highly recommend!

Called and left a detailed message of what windows i needed a quote for and never heard anything back from anyone. My brother in law called and gave his information for a windshield for his car and when he showed up on the appointment date the woman who took his information said she had nothing on her schedule and no windshield was 3ver ordered and that she had no idea what he was even talking about. It's ashame because would like to support local businesses.

Awesome experience with Fallon Glass. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely professional and helpful. I had a sliding glass door track replaced on a huge door and both the estimate and repair process went very smoothly. They were running early both times which freed up my day! I would definitely use them again, this was a wonderful experience!

We had a broken sliding glass door pane. It took several phone calls before we were contact back by the company. We placed our order ... waited ... waited ... and had to call back to remind them of our order. We got the runaround for two weeks before they finally got our glass in stock. They installed it in a half hour, but still charged $180 labor. Total cost was $900, we should have just purchased a brand new door for that cost. So much for supporting the local business.

Called over as I had a home sliding glass window break. The lady who answered was very knowledgeable helpful and congenial. She quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone and the job was done within a matter of minutes. The other staff in the store when I went in to bring a window sash for repair was also very helpful and kind. The overall experience was great and I would absolutely recommend them. We got a rock chip in our motorhome windshield on a trip through Nevada. We stopped in Fallon to see if we could find a glass shop that would look at it. Fallon Glass and Signs said to bring it right in and they would try. They did great for the size of chip it was, and didn't charge us. If they would treat strangers this well, I can imagine how well they treat their local customers. Give them a try. You won't be sorry, I'm sure. Thanks again Fallon Glass and Signs.
