They will order in fish and products you want or need if they don't have them. Wide range of toys and treats. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great service, very pleasent staff. Quality products with fair prices. Great 1st experience for our little beagle/aussie, Skyler. He had never been in a store before and loved all the smells and atmosphere. Very clean shop.. We love supporting local companies and will be returning.A+++

It's nice to have a pet store here even if it's small. They do have stuff that Walmart doesn't have. The walk in nail trims are great. The owner is a little prickly but the employees have all been very friendly.

It’s great that there’s a pet store in Fallon but unfortunate that the owner is not a kind person. She makes employees feel incompetent and has no patience to train them.Edit: In response to owner, I don’t know what makes you think my name is fake. I was a customer who happens to know someone who worked there for only two days before she was fired. This person was honest about their lack of knowledge and was willing to learn and ask questions. The manager was not willing to train them. It’s laziness in management and doesn’t really fly nowadays and I really don’t feel comfortable shopping there if the owners are that cruel. In fact your response to my original review solidified my original opinion of you. I have a good paying job, thank you. I hope you find your heart, Jean.

Absolutely a five star establishment. Clean, lots of pet items for sale from cats to fish to turtles. Unfortunately previous groomer left the business (she was also five star) so Family Pet Connection was recommended and glad it happened.

I love the friendliness and they always have what I need for my snake ? also has grooming and such, but I mainly go for my reptile.

Came in for a new tank to house bullfrogs. Prices are comparable to Amazon or better. Fish & other animals looked very healthy, everything was clean & neat. Definitely coming back for any of my small pet needs & dog toys in the future.

Had taken cat in to have his nails trimmed. Very helpful, profession, did a great job, Friendly and gentle with cat, he was relaxed. Appreciate the help in carrying cat carrier to my car!
