“My daughter has been going to Topgun Gymnastics for a few months now and is absolutely loving it! She has excelled in her skills so much and looks forward to it every week!”
“I’ve visited several Crossfit gyms across the country in the last year and Sean & Emmily win. Amazing coaching! Friendly, inviting atmosphere. Great folks!”

“Nice to workout in an actual gym and not a fitness center like the other place in town . Owner is great leaves you alone won’t talk your ear off and respects your time . Gym is clean . Members are there to actually workout out everyone is very respectful so place has a very inspiring energy . If you want a place you can actually get some work done and stay focused on your workout. This is the place . Big bonus there is not 100 rules posted around the gym it’s and actually gym not a fitness center like I said before . Big difference. Mostly young people which is a huge plus . No kids another plus . Has decent equipment owner always adding more . Big gym so plenty of room don’t feel like you are tripping over other members. 10 out 10”

“Def a nice gym. Could us a remodel, seems to be a lot of wasted space for over sized offices and what not. Little cramped when CAG is in town and the parking lots need relined badly. Would love 24hr CAC access though.”
“Love the place and the people who use gym young and old. The staff are invisible. You might as well pretend the batting cages are not there. If you find the employee that has been sitting in the dark of the "snack bar" and ask about the batting cages the answers will range from "it cost $50 per half hour", "it's free but you have to call the city hall to reserve it", and of course "yeah no problem, go ahead and go up" I don't know everything a city hall does but I have a pretty good feeling that if I were to call them and tell them I need to make a reservation for the batting cages they would think it was a prank. So. If there are young boys on the weekends sitting in the dark don't bother. If there are young ladies in the snack bar the lights will be on and they are the ones that normally say "yeah sure go on up" basketballers, volleyball players, kids, adults, all get along there. Are eager to work together to make sure everyone can play their wanted sport at the same time. Small town love. Great place. My 10 year old son probably wants to change his mailing address to there. Lol.”
“Me and boyfriend went into to check on prices of memberships. They did away with all levels of memberships. Now they have 1 monthly/yearly (which ever you choose to do) fee and you have access to all amenities and all sites. You can add up to 3 individuals to your account for different amounts ( 1st person $10, 2nd person $15, and 3rd person $10). They no longer have guest passes. Ages 12 and up can work out. Between 12 and 14 they have to be with a parent or guardian, 15 and up they can workout by themselves.”
“I recently tried cupping therapy with Jamie for my knee and I have to say it was the best experience! After the session the soreness in my knee was significantly reduced! If you're dealing with muscle tension or chronic pain, I would highly recommend giving cupping a try!”
