“The coaches here are amazing. They are very patient and passionate about what they teach our children. My daughter alone has learned so much and she has found confidence in what she does. When my daughter first started she barley could do a cartwheel now she is doing backhandsprings with a back tuck.”

“Nice to workout in an actual gym and not a fitness center like the other place in town . Owner is great leaves you alone won’t talk your ear off and respects your time . Gym is clean . Members are there to actually workout out everyone is very respectful so place has a very inspiring energy . If you want a place you can actually get some work done and stay focused on your workout. This is the place . Big bonus there is not 100 rules posted around the gym it’s and actually gym not a fitness center like I said before . Big difference. Mostly young people which is a huge plus . No kids another plus . Has decent equipment owner always adding more . Big gym so plenty of room don’t feel like you are tripping over other members. 10 out 10”

“Love the place and the people who use gym young and old. The staff are invisible. You might as well pretend the batting cages are not there. If you find the employee that has been sitting in the dark of the "snack bar" and ask about the batting cages the answers will range from "it cost $50 per half hour", "it's free but you have to call the city hall to reserve it", and of course "yeah no problem, go ahead and go up" I don't know everything a city hall does but I have a pretty good feeling that if I were to call them and tell them I need to make a reservation for the batting cages they would think it was a prank. So. If there are young boys on the weekends sitting in the dark don't bother. If there are young ladies in the snack bar the lights will be on and they are the ones that normally say "yeah sure go on up" basketballers, volleyball players, kids, adults, all get along there. Are eager to work together to make sure everyone can play their wanted sport at the same time. Small town love. Great place. My 10 year old son probably wants to change his mailing address to there. Lol.”

“Def a nice gym. Could us a remodel, seems to be a lot of wasted space for over sized offices and what not. Little cramped when CAG is in town and the parking lots need relined badly. Would love 24hr CAC access though.”

“I love the owner, Denny. Greatest guy. Love the environment of the actual gym itself. Feels homie and has everything I need for my workoutHowever:One of the male workers needs to work better on his people skills and not tell a gym member that he does not know personally they need to smile more often and that they look like They wish everyone would drop a weight on their faces(I go in there to do my workout and that’s what I’m focused on and if I know someone there working out I’ll talk to them who I personally know). The young female works at front desk need to learn to not be so rude when someone walks in after hours when they don’t lock the door, asking questions. I witnessed a young girl (about 12 or 13) walk in after hours (the front door wasn’t locked) asked them about the kiddie area and the hours and no sooner did she walk away the girls started saying that she should have know they were closed because of the door. That’s unprofessional when you are in an open area where people are possibly listening to you. I don’t typically care about what people say, but to say that to a young girl who was genuinely upset with how you treated her is not cool. You’re in a professional environment and need to be mindful of who you are saying stuff around especially in an open place like that. Sorry if I sound like a Karen, but there’s a time of joking and a time of being professional towards people regardless of age.”
