Harmon Junction is a friendly, family-owned stop on Hwy 50, offering competitive gas prices and a variety of snacks and essentials. It is known for its delicious soft serve ice cream and hot fried snacks like chicken strips and jojos, which attract visitors from nearby areas. The store also features surprisingly fresh produce, including pine nuts and cantaloupes in late summer, at great prices. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff, old-style gas pumps, and the opportunity to learn a bit of local history. Additionally, large bags of ice and specialty items like Gallo Hard Dry Salami sticks are available. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place to stop for food, ice cream, or supplies.
Always been a good little spot. Friendly staff, prices are fair, and the kids love grabbing the cheap ice cream. They’ve still got the old-school style gas pumps, which gives the place some charm. Nothing fancy, just a solid local stop that never disappoints.
