They honored the ford promise when the ford down the street wouldn’t. They Replaced my whole engine in my ford edge as well as communicating with me through the process and going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend to anyone, these people are great!!

I went here to return my U-Haul, and didn't have anything done to my truck. They have the mini toyota trucks on the floor for sale, brand new out of the crate, you just have to get used to right side driving. Great little property work trucks.

Bummer! Can't leave 10 stars!!! These guys ROCK!! Fair pricing, AWESOME and KNOWLEDGABLE mechanics! I took my van in for a couple of issues that the FORD dealership "service department" down the street would not even consider looking into for me. Ended up being a blown fuse. No kidding.... a blown fuse! Too bad the Fallon ford dealership is so inept. The ONLY thing they did RIGHT was to refer me to Ken at K&D!! Ken and crew took great care of my issues (to include fixing my blower motor) for LESS THAN QUOTED even. No wonder they don't advertise. Their WORK speaks VOLUMES!!! So, all being said, I've already scheduled another job for them. Kinda out of my way since I live 30 minutes from them. But, if I'm going to pay good money for QUALITY WORK, FAIR PRICING AND KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF, guess I've found "my" mechanic!! THANKS KEN AND CREW!!!!!

I will not return or recommend. KD Auto told me what theyd charge for a job. They didnt do what I asked. In trusting them and didnt find out that they didnt do what I asked until after I paid. (I know, Business 101. My mistake.)I asked them why they didnt do what I asked; why they didnt provide the labor/product that was agreed to based on our phone conversation. They (***) said, Oh, that wasnt included because that would have brought the price up by X amount of $. That would have been a lot more expensive. They wouldnt reimburse for their shortcoming or perform the work agreed to for the amount of money agreed to. Business 101: Dont trust this business unless you get a contract in writing with the amount agreed to BEFORE a financial exchange is made. Beware, I am not the only customer of this company that this has happened to. Dont patronize. But if you do, dont trust them and check/re-check before paying.

I Went for a interstate battery still on warranty. They didn't have mine in stock. The owner referred me to C Bar R Tire Pro's and Auto Repair. Since they are the main distributor of interstate batteries. They were very helpful and professional.

Absolutely wonderful service from as soon as we stepped in to when we pulled out the drive. Rented a uhaul from them and they hooked it up to my vehicle, did a complete walk thru with me to review any potential damages and that it was clean. He helped check lights and explained everything. Extremely friendly. Highly recommend!
