Shirley is the nicest lady. Hard when she needs to be but I give her a 10+rating for being shuck a great, hard worker.We've hit a rough patch in our lives, the owners have been very gracious with us. I recommend them 100%

Great prices, spacious throughways for easy loading/unloading in any size truck or van. Though ungated, I have had a unit here 5+ years and never an issue with vandalism. Property is always clean with no trash or abandoned property. It is on the West end of Fallon making it an easy drive for Fernley residents. They do allow "garage sales" on the property making it easy to declutter and downsize.
