“My grandmother was referred to this place for a second opinion on her Kia. I frantically called here and Savanna was amazing on the phone. When I was finally able to get to the shop, they saw my G/ma’s car right away. I was informed of the fee over the phone, but the awesome tech admitted the first opinion was indeed correct and the engine was done for. “What a great bunch of folks, called ahead told them I had an issue with a tire on my RV, pulled ~2hrs later, felt like I was making a Pit Stop in a NASCAR race, next thing I know trailer is jacked up, tire off, temp repair to brake, new tire on back on the road.
