“With winter just around the corner, it was definitely time for a new set of tires. I called several tire shops to compare prices and see what brands they had available before making a decision.

I initially spoke with Nick over the phone, and he took the time to answer all of my questions while providing a couple of tire options for my vehicle. He was patient, calm, and informative. I later called back because I had forgotten the tire brand names, and John was just as pleasant, taking the time to explain the difference between scheduling an appointment and simply walking in.

We ultimately chose Les Schwab in Fallon, and I’m glad we did. This was our first visit, and even though they were incredibly busy, the staff remained friendly, organized, and kept everything moving efficiently. Having an appointment made the process even smoother, and we were checked in quickly, although appointments aren’t required and walk-ins are welcome.
