“Ok so I call the hotel asking for a suite, I'm 5 minutes away I drive there and there's no receptionist!! Over 35 minutes I waited for her to come back along with another fella whis was waiting....and there's these two older gals whom already checked in and we told them how long we waited .....the started whooting and yelling for somebody.. (beyond tipsy-to say the least) and about another 20 minutes go by and 1 lady calls 911 the cops come look around and then all a sudden this poor gal comes running thru the door holding a stack if towels and some fast food an the cop takes all her info as if she were a problem an she had apologized profusely and after the officer left let us guests know she was and had been sick with food poisoning had a bad tummy and it was her day off at that and the cop called the owner and made a big fuss... and this poor gal was sick in the bathroom lie the whole time.....we didn't check in the lady's room....(were guys- we don't go in there!!!?? so she was very very apolitical and when she arrived even thonshe was sick put on a smile and done her job tonthe best of her abilities...she definitely deserves a raise!! Not a write up!! (Hint to the owner)”
