If you need Verizon go to Walmart. They can do everything this store can do and their prices are a lot cheaper. In addition, they won't try to upsell you on things you don't need or want.

Emily sold me a new phone. She was so nice ! Thank you Emily! Went the next week for help with my email and the girl who helped me was mean and disrespectful. I left crying.....

It's so bad i was being nice and a lady who didn't even work there did better then the girl who helped me there were 4 workers that couldn't spend the time to help me they weren't even busy you should probably go to the computer place it's so much better trust me
