The employees are okay. Their branch manager's knowledge, personal and communication skills seemed to be lacking. Maybe she was just having a bad day (or stressed by a customer that had been complaining just before). But if it's always like this, I wouldn't like this to be my main branch, at all.

My wife showed up at 4:40 p.m. on 2 August 2021. The reception said they couldn’t help her.even though she was there before 5 p.m. She was also locked inside the bank Very poor, bad and horrible customer service. A written apology from the bank would be nice!!!!!!

This branch only offers drive up service and is closed from 12-2 for lunch?! Lobby is temporarily closed for over 2 weeks yet there were 3 employees sitting in the dark lobby when I went to the door. So inconvenient! I waited in line for over 30 minutes in 102 degree heat. Unfortunately I needed deposit slips for an organization I belong to and could not use the ATM. I really feel for their elderly customers.

Had to deal with a family death the past few months and unfortunately, have been caught in the middle of Wells Fargo confusion. The Estate Specialist sent me to the bank to handle affairs. Personnel at the bank said that there was nothing they could do. The Estate Specialist said the bank could have handled everything. What a nightmare. Now going back to a WF Bank in Reno this afternoon. Customers dealing with recent loss should not have to be victims of WF employee's ineptness.

Dropped by to cash a check given to me by one of their customers, at the drive thru teller, was told I had to come inside to cash check, I'm disabled and didn't want to take out my walker and struggle going inside. Company policy was the answer I received, even after stating I was disabled. Tore up the check and will take the loss, and report this to the ADA.
