Excellent customer service Verizon. The staff greeted promptly and helped comfortable wait. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped with difficult problem and saving $17 per month over Spectrum Three year plan. The store manager was the only worker for day and very helpful to everyone coming into store regardless staffing issues and constraints. The experience has been great with good patience to help with phone. Customer support got us thru the process and thanks the staff. Customer was disappointed about 40 charge to transfer info old phone new one it completely WRONG.
