Went in today and Kaetlin had her young daughter there while she was working how completely unprofessional. I have been in at this location and never seen the other girls in hoodies and boots or with their young child all over the store catering to them while there were customers in store, how is that even legal I will never be back again
Because of the response and them wanting me to have empathy, I am a paying customer that needed help and their employee tended to her young child, instead of focusing on the customers needing help. I will be reaching out to Verizon Corporation to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you can’t get an employee that brings her child to work just for fun, then I don’t think you understand what it means for a “professional” environment. To ask a customer to have empathy for someone having their child at work is extremely inappropriate

Due to staffing issues the store manager was the only worker for the day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to everyone coming into the store regardless of the staffing constraints.

Awful service, been here a few time recently. First experience was an upgrade and the lady who did that was wonderful. Last two times I’ve been in there had been and extremely rude condescending. Over quote me or tell me I owe a ridiculous amount of money. I was told today it would be 300 dollars to add two Apple Watches. Call Verizon directly and got a quote for 70 dollars tax’s and fees and only 30 more dollars a month. This store is a waste of time

Went in on Saturday (8/2/25) when they open at 9am and the woman opening didn’t open until 10 min after. When she finally opened the door she told us she needed to get her coffee next door. We all just looked at her and said you were supposed to open 10 minutes ago. The woman opening said she had a problem with her register… then said, “you can wait” walking right past us. We waited until she got back with her coffee and she couldn’t even help us, she just referred us elsewhere. My mother left in tears because this woman made her feel like an idiot about her phone when it was a problem they did. We’ve been in there multiple times and the other girls were kind and helped, this one was just lazy and rude.

I came here on Saturday 6/14/2025 and tried to upgrade my phones. Didn’t end up going through with it because an additional 100$ was going to be added to my fee for setup and other random fees. The associate that had helped me told me after about an hour of talking randomly out of nowhere told me to go to the corporate store in sparks which when I got there I found out the lady at Russel cellular deleted one of my promotions for a phone upgrade and added a bundle on my account that I never asked for. Very upset that now I have to wait weeks or even months for it to be solved to upgrade my other phone.
