On August 31, 2025 I stopped at the Fernley Carwash and went through 3 manual wash cycles using the wand to clean my 2023 Tacoma. Each cycle cost $4 so my total should have been $12. No receipts are provided from the machine. I was billed $45 and tried to get billed properly through my Credit Card Agency but because I have no receipts as proof, they upheld the false charge of $45. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!! They will falsely charge you.

This is absolutely my favorite car wash!! I can just pull in and wash my car reasonably, the cherry scented soap is wonderful and the settings work great. 😁 No matter how many more car washes we get here, I'll never go anywhere else!!

The sign should say Car Wet, not Car Wash. Automatic wash would have been better with a monkey holding a hose. I wouldn't waste 2 minutes to drive through there for free.

Buy a pressure washer an do it yourself for free at home

Automated Wash tore rear wiper assembly off my vehicle. Followed all entry instructions perfectly. Didn't know what the thud I heard was until I got home and saw it missing. Left message with proprietor...no response. Called again and was told how to get into the wash (closed at the time due to freezing temp) to look for the wiper. Found it but too mangled to reattach. Won't dare to use this car wash again.

Tried to use this carwash, specifically the automatic one. One of them was completely broken, and the other one seemed functional? We paid 12 dollars for something that didn't work either. No lights, no water...needs maintenance for sure but the customer service was good! And we got our refund.

Had to text them as the machine took my money but didn't give me my wash. They reset it from home, but I still left with soap on my car. Now, to go home and rinse the soap off. Won't be returning!!!

It was fine, the place was clean enough. I only use the vacuums and stuff, but they weren't super strong. For 5 dollars I got 16 minutes which wasn't bad, but the quarter machine was down, as was some of the other dispensers so... it was fine just probably won't go there again.
