Machine malfunction after inserting cash . wasn't refunded my money immediately and forced to leave with promises of a phone call.
10 hours later I called as I wasn't called to be told it hadn't been resolved yet and that I could come down to get paid when asked when it'll be ready I was told the techs are busy and haven't gotten to service the machine...so going there to wait and gamble more until they get around to figuring out everything so I could finally get my money that was eaten by the machine.
I called the gaming board and was notified by the gaming board my money is ready .. I once again called the casino since no one reached out to me and low and behold I got the come on down will pay you..at this point no appreciation for my politeness for my patience and as a player a top tier player at there casino ..there was no compensation for my time my hardship and the manner of the conversation was dreadful and very hard to continue to control in an orderly conduct.
Probably the last time I'll ever gamble there..I just might take my 2 cents down the road

It was my first time visiting this casino! I decided to hop on a slot and charge my phone while I played $20 and I wish I was joking when I say less than 3 minutes after I lost, I was told I needed to leave the machine and the building because I “can’t hang out”. I WAS THERE LESS THAN 30 MINUTES FROM ENTRANCE TO EXIT. I stood up to leave without hesitation, because honestly, it was embarrassing. I planned on playing more but obviously didn’t feel comfortable explaining this to her with the tone she was speaking to me in during our conversation. The attendant insisted on seeing my ID and taking it to the back. However, while I was playing, multiple attendants walked by, and not one of them smiled nor was I asked for ID. Just stared (and didn’t even try to hide it).. You can imagine how uncomfortable that feels as a solo lady! I understand if they thought I looked younger, but why not approach and ask while I was playing, if that was the case? I already have social anxiety and this was the first time coming to the casino alone, so of course, I left in tears. It may sound like an over exaggeration but I feel discriminated against, because of my appearance. I’m a legal age 30 YEAR OLD paying customer… and I didn’t even receive an apology after they seen so.

Almost insultingly bad. Me and the wife were gonna go. We usually will play for quite a bit. First one for me and she has been once before. But when I went to get my free play I got a dollar. A dollar. How insulting can you be. Every other casino I at least get 5. To only give a dollar is almost a smack in the face. The sad part is had it been five or more we would have stayed gotten some drinks and played for a bit. But we both shook our heads and walked right out. This is not how you entice people to play. Y'all could have made a few hundred at least off us had y'all not been so cheap with the free play. I will never go back to this place. This kind of greed will get you knowwhere.

The staff is really attentive and make you feel welcome. Games play nicely and you can average at least 1 bonus per hour of continuous play. Bingo is fun but make sure you yell really loud, otherwise you may have to split your prize.
